Citra loaded into different language Chinese. I tried removing language in for Windows or configure

For some reason... my citra 3ds emulator which I downloaded just recently and opened.. it was booting into chinese menu options.
I read some forum threads and it mentioned if windows language settings has additional languages.. it may take the secondary language.. in my case chinese.
1. Possible solution is to temporarily remove the secondary language in windows (I have windows 11)
2. The alternative direct method is to change the settings from the menu options in Citra.
a. at the top,.. click the menu and hover over the 2nd set of options
b. scroll down to the 2nd to last option,.. this should be "configure" but since mine was in chinese.. i just know it as 2nd to last option. Click this.
c. You should now be in configuration screen.. to the top right.. click on the 4th tab.
d. Now the first drop down is your language setting for Citra. You need to find the language you want.. amusingly.. English is in CHINESE writing.
That's how I got citra to display in english.

My partner and I just downloaded citra tonight as well and ran into the same problem and the same google results, ty for showing how to fix it without removing a system language.

That was what I was trying to find.. screenshots of how to change it in settings... Sadly I couldn't find it.. so I did it first by deleting the language.

No problem. It was weird .. I was worried I downloaded the wrong program??
