For anyone who doesn’t know, The “fake” is a legit service dog, who was sent on a “go get help” command in order for the clip. We used this as a training opportunity and for a skit. Also having someone come up to you while you’re with ur service dog acting loud or aggressive is also a big part of training everyone should include in their training process as it could help you in the future!
So the whole video is you just having a hella time with your friends lol
Just because people have service/ assistance dogs doesn’t mean they have to act like mature adults 24/7 we are allowed to have fun and mess around with our friends. We are people too! Any hate your getting is unnecessary. Love you Lexi ❤

I’ve had a lot of trauma with dog attacks and if I where to be walking my dog on her leash and I hear a bark I have an anxiety attack! KEEP YOU REACTIVE PETS HOME!! AND KEEP THEM OUT OFF NON PET FRIENDLY PLACES

I was laughing so much my side hurt by the end of the video.
I have a service dog in training and for a 11 month old English cream golden he is doing great. The only time I have ever need to correct is if a stranger gets in my space, especially if it is kid or if he perceives a reactive dog as a threat to me. He has gotten better but still needs some work.

People parading their dogs as service animals or disgusting people. They make life hard on everyone who has an actual service animal and needs them. People who claim to be training service animals but are just regular dog trainers are also a problem. Just because you can make a dog sit go fetch and act respectfully with manners does not make that dog a service dog.

Hi I was gonna watch the video win your sister got Avery again but I couldn’t find the video ?
That was totally ridiculous. If you don't act professionally with your service dog, you will make it harder for people and businesses to accept them. I love seeing animals in businesses and they're often cleaner than some people, I have no problem with it at all. But what was the point of this in regards to service dogs? If they are really service dogs, I think you should let them behave like service dogs and cut out the tail pulling and playing around. If they are not, don't fake it.

@@lexiegodbout Your “poking fun” is making people who have their service dogs to help them look bad. You clearly are using the service dog (legit or not) for clout and that is not only disgraceful but also harmful to the service dog community.
Think about the image that it paints for responsible service dog handlers. It tells store owners and the general public, “All service dog owners are going to do, even if their dog is legit, is mess around and be loud and disruptive in the store.” Yes, fake service dogs are distracting and harmful and yes, its an issue that needs to be addressed, but this is not the way to go about it. This causes just as much harm as the fake service dog handlers.

Hi I’ve been watching your videos for years now. I don’t know if you’ll see this or not but it’s worth a shot. So I am booking a trip to see my brother and have been having the hardest time with booking the flights because I have a service dog and two flights already turned us down and said I’d have to try another airline and they are saying they may charge extra and my family is saying I may not be able to take my service dog now because of how complicated this has become My question is are airlines allowed to deny my service dog access? She’s well trained well mannered I have my doctors approval to have a service dog this is the first time I’ve ever had any access issues I’ve also never flown on a plane either I’ve been on the phone and on hold for 3hours now the trip is only in August but we’re just trying to have everything planned ahead of time so we don’t run into this theses exact problems the day of

My fake service dog used to jump on people. To stop the behavior, anytime another person came close i would take my fake service dog and play with his red rocket. Now when he sees anyone else he just looks at me and smiles.
That’s really a fake service dog, because it does not behave like one. It did sniff the shelves and was not corrected.
