    Great video! Quick question:
    Are all the virtual assistants (VAs) you've assigned working as freelancers? Do you simply provide their contact information to your clients for direct collaboration? Also, what measures do you take to ensure that these VAs remain committed and don't discontinue their services with the clients? Thanks for any info!

      The VA's can be freelancers, in my experience it works just fine. I have 2 VAs to each project, and the first to respond when I send them something to work on, gets to work on it. It ensures they're active and acts as a failsafe if one of them is gone for any reason.

    So, if i have a B&R offer for Short form content for SaaS companies, I would be building the system to create the content (editors, designers, content planners). Would I be the one who "owns" the workers or would the SaaS company? Also, after I have built the system, the SaaS would have no need for me correct?

    Serge for someone starting out with no case studies…. Charging more like this would be stupid right? Would you then do it for 1k in the beginning instead of 10-15k?
