      You charge the client upfront for the service then hire your team without paying them upfront. You hire using a contract that states they get paid when the fulfillment of the service is met, which will keep them motivated to do their best or not get paid because you have to refund the money to the client if the client doesn't get what they paid for or you team keeps working until the client's needs are met.

    Hey Serge, I like your idea and offer. I've got a question, what are some good conversion mechanisms I can build that go well with this offer, so I can charge even more?

  • @kingmin9491
    @kingmin9491 Місяць тому

    Your suggestion to stop offering short content and instead package it as CONTENT, following the structure you've shown in the video, is intriguing.
    However, I'm curious how this approach would work for complete beginners who may not have the budget to hire editors, creative directors, and the like. How would you recommend adapting your strategy for someone just starting out? I'd love to hear your thoughts on how to bridge that gap.

I just had a question, In the 90 days period, do you pay the editors and a social media manager for the 3 initial months from the 9k that you've just charged that client, or do you let the client pay the editors and social media manager themselves, after the 1st month when you built and released them in to their company? • @sergegatari

      the people buying this aren't focused on ROI, they care about reach and volume of content being created. if they're dialed, they know how to convert that attention into money.
      now if you wanna be a super hero for them, you can build their conversion mechanisms and charge $20k for it or more.
