Who pays for the costs of creative director + editors + VAs? Is it included in the price point you charge?
Bumping this, Interested with the answer, also, if the answer is * the client , how do you present this?
You charge the client upfront for the service then hire your team without paying them upfront. You hire using a contract that states they get paid when the fulfillment of the service is met, which will keep them motivated to do their best or not get paid because you have to refund the money to the client if the client doesn't get what they paid for or you team keeps working until the client's needs are met.
This video was insane. I’ve been so stuck with my offer, focused on short form content. Breakthrough.
Hey Serge, I like your idea and offer. I've got a question, what are some good conversion mechanisms I can build that go well with this offer, so I can charge even more?
Your suggestion to stop offering short content and instead package it as CONTENT, following the structure you've shown in the video, is intriguing.
However, I'm curious how this approach would work for complete beginners who may not have the budget to hire editors, creative directors, and the like. How would you recommend adapting your strategy for someone just starting out? I'd love to hear your thoughts on how to bridge that gap.
People who be like "this video is insane or wow" are dumb 😂😂
He is not even talking about costs , and margins on his build n release stuff😂😂😂
This video is so GOATED! Been on twitter for over a year and always came across serge's account, but couldnt identify him in his pfp clearly, not sure he's changed his pfp but i think he should change his pfp that is more recognizable. Love the value you provide for beginners like us! Great job man! Yea this kinda content will take you to hormozi levels hopefully
This video made me realise how valuable my skill of making videos viral is..
And I'm just helping my friends to get millions of views for free 😂
start selling it asap
i am a agency owner, will you work with me? you'll be paid tons of money
who would pay 9k for content ?
No one. That's why you can't only do content. You need to post it for them. Create hooks for them, give them value
The content you post eventually will turn into a thing that will get you leads in return and leads is money bro
Does this involve script writing? Or is it only placing editors, and smm managers while THEY curate their scripts n shoot.
If you can curate the scripts the go for it but for some industries it might be harder. I’d say you give them a rough outline and then they do the rest
This isnwayyy too complocated.
I ll stick to the hormozi only until i make revenues then i ll find somone who can teach me do this.

How would you attach a guarantee to an offer like this?
that is the question I have been having for a while... like content creation is not that difficult to manage and running up an agency is not a problem but delivering results to clients is! How can you sell a return on investment??
Hey Serge, so the creative director would find the ideas and script the content / build out a content schedule for short form and long form for the client right? and where would you suggest to look for hiring creative directors?
Hey Victor, I might be able to help you with this.
Feel free to reach out. Thanks
Hey Victor, I have the same question. Have you found an answer yet?
I don't understand what offers is discos in this can any one tell me in briefly
Serge, what are your thoughts on Eddie Cumberbatch’s “High-Ticket Operator/Creator” model?
Hey Brother,
I'm curious about your approach to attracting potential leads who are interested in collaborating with you once you have your foundation in place. Are you primarily relying on advertising, cold outreach emails, and participation in Facebook groups, or are you focusing on organic methods?
Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
This guy looks like carti
Why not hire & train in-house editors?
What is the benefit to using overseas editors?
I imagine the staff turnover would be huge and getting the overseas editors to stick to deadlines and get back to you quickly would be hard, no?
you can if your time allows it and you have the know how.
Systems and processes, expectations take care of the second part which is what people are paying for.
What's the difference between paying $15K PIF for this as opposed to paying $3/h to VAs in the Phillipines?
$3/h VAs don't have any training, so you will get mediocre/bad outcomes
@@blair5475 got you
you are a genius my friend
Still watching but wondering where the production of this content is coming from
Them!
Serge what do you exactly mean by build and release? Is it create content and just handover to the client? or is it creating content and taking care of content distribution and all?
Build & release meaning you build the systems/infrastructures and you release it into their company, but you can keep the creative director in house
In that kind of infrastructure who's paying for the editors? Is the editor's salary included in the price we get for building & releasing the infrastructure or is it at the charge of the client after paying for the whole infrastructure?
Salary not included
Content compounds over time. Take notes people

Hey Serge really appreciate for the insights. I just had a question, In the 90 days period, do you pay the editors and a social media manager for the 3 initial months from the 9k that you've just charged that client, or do you let the client pay the editors and social media manager themselves, after the 1st month when you built and released them in to their company? Thank you in advance king
Client pays
So you have to tell the price of the salary many days after the closing of 9k for example? Great vid, thx a lot @@sergegatari
it's not weird to day pay 9k now and I tell u the salary price of the team after

List of all the tools you use besides GHL please sir

you're right lol.
Content is king
It is indeed 😎
I agree but ghadzi spends money on ads til this day.
he's spending on retargeting ads for people that watch his content. his organic reach is primary weapon
Exactly
Yo Serge, you mentioned in one of your stories, local businesses get you 10x more money, with less time effort. Local Lead Gen & Recruiting the next big thing?
More nuances but for sure it’s easier to get results in that space vs targeting broke coaches as an example
@@sergegatarihey serge, I'm running a content growth agency, i recently closed a client, but there are very less people on UA-cam that are teaching what I'm doing, and i can't get answers for my question, and i want you to help me
@@dslopez join my NBL community it’s $49 and I’ll answer your question live!
Hey serge, Nice content. Will clients look for short term ROI in the span of 90 days? How do you approach if they look for quick results with short from content agency?
the people buying this aren't focused on ROI, they care about reach and volume of content being created. if they're dialed, they know how to convert that attention into money.
now if you wanna be a super hero for them, you can build their conversion mechanisms and charge $20k for it or more.
@@sergegatari Thank you for the helpful comment. And when we are reaching out should we have our own short form contents on our profile?
@@arunaa3409 short form don't sell, long form sells.
Hi Serge, when you say conversion mechanisms do you mean implementing community and closers into their business as well?
