Hey akshat, when a person is thinking to start an agency he should not just start with fomo a business plan, target audience and target niche always helps. If you were targeting b2b business you wouldn’t be talking about ending up with the agency. Few market niche are still there i won’t reveal that and one more thing if you start teaching people about the opportunities and how to do what then the chances of you shutting down your business are high! Educating your own editor about entrepreneurship will end up you shutting down your own business. 1st rule for business are to never let people know how it actually works and how entrepreneurship works second is to choose a niche which can be survived for couple of decades and where you are solving their problems and helping them in the businesses where they are getting rid of something which is lengthy and saves their time and helps them grow and close their clients better example is to serve b2b businesses There are a lot of things i want to talk about but it’s better I should not reveal everything.

I understand..but the one who started learning aftereffects premiere pro and video editing two years ago looking the demand of video editing... but hasn't jumped into the market yet....just focused on getting skills first but in this time of two years...a lot of other cheap creator came in the market ....and now that one is now started doubting on , whether he should go in the market where the value of editors is going down.. or he should learn another skill that may rise in near future as he already wasted his 2 years for this ... Where should he go now... Please please answer me...as you are the only hope ...may be the only real teacher
