I respect the honesty here. Ever since I've seen first "Get 10$k/month clip" in 2024, my UA-cam is full of literally the same clip/"strategy" recommendations where everyone will sell you the same story how easy it is, how you need no prior experience, how everyone can do it, and then just tell you about the profit (and try to sell you their course that costs more than to invest in your own business). You on the other hand speak about the reality of it, everything you need TO KNOW before start doing this etc., etc.. Quite the opposite from all the rest. Thank you for that!

HOW ARE you able to charge more with a build & release offer as opposed to DFY offer? Wouldn't doing work enable you to charge more since you are actually trading your time and getting your hands dirty?

@@blair5475 yeah but we’re not doing that, we’re optimizing for the most money while still accessing the most freedom.
I wouldn’t work for you if you paid me $250k/year cause I can simply get 10 businesses this month to pay $25k and make it in a month.
If you’re starting from scratch and only have time to offer then you sell that.
But once you’re good and have a team and IP, you can sell infrastructures at scale and retain them on leveraged service that don’t require you to always be present 24/7.
I did 13 hours breakdown on it, if it’s not clear spend time learning it.

I’ve been doing growth partnerships for 6 years, and it is hit and miss. I’ve had partners that have scaled well and have paid over 100k. But I’ve also had plenty of time wasters where we do a load of upfront work and don’t end up getting paid.
I realise it was on me for not vetting people enough, so I always work with people short term (for a fee) before making growth partner offers now and handling more of their business.
