Thanks for the help. I had to move the “driver head” out a little bit but then I got a satisfying “snap” when I pressed the bar down. I swear that the UA-cam community is the best!
Thanks, it helped fix the same issue for me. I have a new DW and the installation technician left the waterfall arm unconnected and i was also getting unclean dishes in bottom rack.

Thank you! Our dishwasher spilled over during a cycle and we were so panicked. The only thing we could find off was this bar. I was worried a piece broke off or something since we couldnt get it to stay and our dishes were not getting clean at all. I should have taken a flashlight to look. I did not see those bolts. This was a very easy fix. Thank you 💯!!!!
Thank you! I wasn't giving it the little push to snap in place and I don't know why I didn't try that 😅 this just saved me so much hand washing now that the bottom rack will finally get clean too lol

I was wondering if I needed to "force" it (generaly not a good idea), but you made me realize I haven't the right angle. If you want more precise reference words for your video : Samsung calls it the "Water reflector" part (in the manual, p.12).

It was driving me crazy that I couldn’t get it to “click” in, then looked more closely and saw your shuttle was a few inches up the track. Mine had been all the way back. Once I moved it forward a couple inches and tried again, problem solved! Thank you for the video!
