“Patience is crucial”. Currently dealing with burnout, pretty severe, concurrent with a hormone imbalance. I pray for everyone’s healing, and peace in times of overwhelm ❤

I so needed this as my ex sends hail storms of legal motions as he is attempting to take my children full time so he doesn't have to produce child support, since he's earning way to much $$.to be obligated to do so. Lol He's been using litigious abuse to try and break me down. But I'm not allowing him to win my sanity and Peace. And I have faith his efforts will fail in the end. ❤

I'm sorry to hear about the challenging situation you're going through with your ex. It takes immense strength to maintain your sanity and peace in the face of such adversity. I admire your resilience and faith in the process. Remember to prioritize your well-being and surround yourself with a supportive network. Stay strong, and I hope everything works out in your favor 💖

Absolutely! Burnout is not just a mental or emotional state. And when someone is experiencing burnout, it's not about merely feeling tired or disinterested. It's the body's way of saying it's been under prolonged stress and needs relief. Sending you much strength and healing ❤️❤️‍🩹❤️
