    Been working non-stop for the past 12 years (and unofficially before that in my teens + childhood).
    I can't thank you enough for this playlist.
    I've never truly processed how much I've burnt out in the past and this video really showed what my body is still holding on to since those moments of stress.
    More people need to see this.

    dr. kate, i love your videos but the volume on them is so low. i do have hearing loss, but also compared to other videos, yours are significantly quieter. i would love to hear them louder - they have been so helpful. thank you!
