    I am so glad I found this video because Dr. O'Neill is describing how I have been feeling to a T! No matter how much exercise, self care, or changes I made for the "better" I have not been able to reverse my psyche and what she said about the usual outer interventions no longer being enough was an "Aha!" moment for me. Thank you, thank you so much for explaining burnout in such a detailed way beyond feeling depressed or being exhausted by life. Now that I have a better understanding of what is happening to me internally I feel better equipped to take the proper steps to get back on track 💚

    Why is the host constantly typing while her guest is talking? It is disrespectful to the guest and very annoying to follow the conversation as a listener. Please keep it in mind for future episodes 🌺
