    The problem I’m having is working hospice/home health and it’s extremely high stress and emotionally draining but I have no co workers practically which is becoming an issue for me, just having that sounding board and support. It’s definitely taking a toll on me

    Loved this, could not agree more about the student loan forgiveness. Pandemic, risking our lives and the reward is to repay at a high interest rate for the rest of your career. But then they want a BSN of certification so more debt… 🤦‍♀️

    Watching this hearing the stories I’m crying, I’m just completely burnt out and not sure I’m strong enough lately. 😢

    I averaged 44 hrs/per week last year and got written up for calling off 2 times in a 12 month period. Oh yeah, I'm actually on the weekend program but picked up extra to help out. Not anymore! We have at least 4 CNAs have that have called out weekly for over 36 weeks. No reprimands. Good luck everyone!

    “They are advocating for that patient, they are fighting for that patient all day…making sure your orders are correct, calling the doctors…Just had six fights on the phone waiting for 4 call backs”- can relate, so frustrating :-(!
