    The Importance Of Drinking Water
You would be shocked to know how many patients I have actually diagnosed with kidney failure, just from being dehydrated. It's true. Now, the good thing is that when I'm able to make that diagnosis early on, oftentimes the kidney failure is reversible. However, if this dehydration or volume depletion has been severe or over a long period of time, I've actually had to put patients on dialysis just because they did not have enough water intake. Again, water is absolutely essential for kidney health. And it's not just essential for kidney health, it's also essential for other organs. Every cell, every tissue, every organ in your body needs water in order to function properly.
7 Benefits Of Drinking Water For Healthy Kidneys
    1. Drinking water can prevent kidney failure
    2. Drinking water helps to prevent kidney stones
    3. Maintain a healthy blood pressure
    4. Helps to maintain a good circulation
    5. Regulate your digestion
    6. Weight loss
    7. Drinking water can help to lubricate your joints

This is very true! Thank you, Doctor Frita. My wife and doctor have been telling me to drink plenty of water for many years, but I never listened until 2 weeks ago. I was never a water drinker, I normally drink Diet Coke, Coconut Water, Lattes, and sometimes small amount of water. I’ve always had this slight pain on both sides of my body, it’s slightly painful when I press on my sides just below my rib cage towards my back side of my body. I also had small lumps on my sides but more towards the front of my body just below my rib cage. Sometimes I feel throbbing pain in the same area where I felt pain but the pain is bearable, until, I started drinking average 6-7 (16.9 oz per bottle) bottles of water a day, the pain and lumps disappeared after drinking strictly water for a week. I’ve been drinking plenty of water for a couple of weeks now and I plan to drink plenty of water as long as I live. Drinking plenty of water also repaired my constipation and hard stool problems. My constipation is gone and my stool is no longer hard.

I just stumbled onto your channel. Thank you for your info! Diabetics need this! But please, can you touch on how deadly the keto diet is for those with CKD? I wasn't warned, I wasn't even told I had CKD until I reached stage 3b CKD. That's the VA for you. They're shoo understaffed and your PCPs are mainly nurses. Not enough doctors in the system. But I digress. I landed in the hospital with extreme dehydration. It took 7 bags fluid. Plus 2 bags of antibiotics because the dehydration caused a severe UTI, and I needed extra electrolytes. I was in bad shape, and I drink a GALLON of water every day!. There's not enough education in the VA system unless you fight like heck for it and usually you don't know you have something you need to fight for. I went further into stage 4, BUT thank God, I have a primary that sent me toi renal and in 1 month by lowering my protein intake I've pulled it back into stage 3 and am fighting to survive.

Yes, my physician and also the hospital doctor ushered me to drink plenty of water, but I don't really like carbonated water any more, and destilled water might be a b,it too diluting on my electrolytes. So I am somewhat worried not only my creatinine is being cleansed as intended but my sodium is as well... And there I was, wondering why I should take so much sodium although I had the impression I should rather avoid it? I was also being put on NaCL- solution 0,9 ml intravenous, although I had the impression there might be some herbal medical remedies that might help in cleansing the kidneys, but I saw no trace of them anywhere despite being pcommonly known from herbology like for instance dandelion (leaves and roots).
