How ever much you’re being paid, you deserve more. The amount of work you do is incredible. From baking your own bread to making your own ice cream. Feeding 12 guests and 14 crew breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. Creating flavoured butters. Thinking of new menus each day. Provisioning. Cleaning. It feels like it’s non stop. I’m exhausted just watching. I truly hope the crew, guests and the yachts owner all appreciate just how lucky they are to have you! I’m addicted to your channel and have been binging for 3 days since I found it! Guuuuurl, you rock!!!
As someone, who has always been more interestered in the logistics of saling yachts, than the actual "luxury lifestyle", I just LOVE your channel - please, keep it up.
The logistics involved in feeding the guests and crew - from provisioning to storage to preparation and delivery - are mindblowing. You have a great talent for keeping it all going smoothly.
I’m disabled, and I just wanted to say that your videos are an awesome distraction from the hospital stays and various pains. Please keep uploading videos of your adventures, it gives me a determination to someday be able to do the same. Thank You!!!
You may have watched her other videos which are also outstanding; same good humor, good natured bantering back and forth with teammates, especially one fortunate lad, and even some of the U.S. National parks in the west. If not, consider doing that to become insanely jealous like the rest of us. It was especially nice to see the time-lapse sequences of prepping and cooking meals, cleaning the kitchen and related spaces, helping understand how much is involved in planning for such lengthy cruises away from land. Oh, to be fabulously wealthy and cruise from port to port with such a lively and fun crew. (cue Tevya's "If I were a rich man..." from Fiddler on the roof)
Incredible video! Thank you for putting this channel together. As a chef on land, I highly respect chefs who work on yachts, it's an art form! The crew meals look better than most restaurants make!
I'm so glad I found your channel! So laid-back and stress-free, yet informative and a great look into the world of life on board for all the crew. Thanks
Professionalism is such a rare and precious commodity. This crew is oozing at the seams with it. The attention to detail is amazing. Were I the owner of a fitting ship, I’d be making offers this crew could not resist.
I must add my thanks for uploading your videos to the voluminous appreciative comments you've gotten, and I predict a wonderful future for you, given what we see here of your energy, enthusiasm and good humor, on top of your obvious culinary skills. Oh, to be a passenger, or crew for that matter, on any vessel on which you serve. The time-lapse portions were well done, giving a good sense of the amount of work involved in prepping, cooking, serving and cleaning up for meals and snacks, without taking nearly as long. Having a clock in view helps appreciate how time was flying, indicating how much fun you were having.
I've seen your other videos and recommend them highly, as well, including your RV travels to various U.S. national parks, since they brought back some especially pleasant memories of my own visits, and re-kindled my desire to visit others, such as King's Canyon. You hiked to Angel's Landing, in fact, which is considered one of the most "exciting" (i.e., frightening, terrifying, or similar characterizations) hikes in the country, and you did show a few views from that hike, but not too many. I can understand not showing too many lest you deter others from doing it, from what I've read and heard about it, but it may have been too nerve-wracking to video while hiking along parts of that trail, along a very narrow tip of a rocky ridge, almost straight down on both sides. Wild!
You must have made your parents extremely proud of you for everything that you do, for the way that you are, life shines from you. Keep going and make the most of all the good things that will no doubt present themselves to you. Keep life fun!
I have to agree enthusiastically, having seen her other videos, which I recommend. Evidently well trained as a chef, not just a cook, she whips up scrumptious victuals of all kinds, healthy snacks, ethnic favorites as well as universal favorites with lots of options for toppings, sides, etc., etc., with charm and good humor, as you can see by this video.

I was expecting these boats to have build in storage contraptions that can deal with heavy seas and prevent stores from flying around. Seeing her build her own shelving and having to tie things down suprized me. I guess it gives every chef the chance to do it their way.
Really fun to watch a creative professional, obviously at the top of her game, just be excellent in such a luxurious setting. She doesn't make it look like work at all, but it clearly is! Well done, chef!
