I LOVE THIS! I'm from Indiana but as a kid, my pop took us to the family reunion at grandmomma's in Mississippi and we always had a crawfish boil. Tables and tables and tables full of crawfish, shrimp and veggies. They don't do it anymore cause they've aged but I miss it so bad. Thanks so much guys for taking me back!

I always cook about 6 sacks for Easter! The people who don’t like it peppered eat first and I add about 1/2 cup of seasoning 1 stick of butter and a little more liquid boil every batch the last batch comes with it!! Not on my crawfish but definitely on my biscuits, Cush Cush and cornbread
Could be a SWLA but we never dump out all the crawfish. Always gets served out of ice chests so it stays warm. And everyone has their own platters.
It all depends but if we feed a bunch of people we always dump and everybody gathers! We do use trays sometimes if we are eating inside!
