    A Diet known as the MIND diet (which stands for Mediterranean Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay) is a plant-based diet recommended to suffers of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia by medical and nutrition professionals.

    Can you please tell me if the poultry is uniquely special or if extra fish would be adequate

      Thank you for your question. Poultry is important as it contain certain proteins that research suggests helps towards the prevention of the development of brain diseases later in life like Alzheimer's disease. Fish is important and by all means do increase the intake of this if you can, as fish contains really important fatty acids that are really beneficial for our brains as they help maintain good brain health and aid in the prevention of memory loss diseases also.

    Wouldn't it depend on what cheeses to avoid? Parmesan regiano is a longevity cheese cheese

      Yes parmesan is a much healthier cheese than the others.

    Can you fry in Olive Oil?

      Yes absolutely. Olive oil is very healthy and is one of the best oils to cook food in. Just make sure you buy the bottle that says on it 'suitable for cooking' as some olive oils are for 'salad dressing' only. So make sure you read the label correctly to get the right and best olive oil for frying and cooking. 🙂
