    I've been doing this routine about twice a week for the past couple months and I've actually gotten a ton of compliments on my arms!! I'm a hairdresser and I've had several clients notice. They'll be watching me cut or blowdry them in the mirror and say "have you been working out?? Your arms look so toned!" I had no idea the results would be so noticeable!!!

    I started this mini workout on Monday and made the mistake of using 10 lbs...good lawd! I couldn’t do much for an entire day...went and got me 5 and 8 lbs will work myself up to the 10. But Thank you ladies I love this short workout the long ones I just can’t do. Awesome and I feel the burn.

    Love this video! Have to use smaller weights at the end,, then no weights, but will keep pushing forward until I can do it all...my arms are on fire!!

    This was a great arm workout and exactly what I needed. Definitely adding it to my workout. The instructions were clear and informative as well as being uplifting. I quite like using my mind positively to improve what I'm doing, its a good thing thankyou!

    Man. I have done this workout 45 days in a row now, and I can attest, it is physically IMPOSSIBLE to bulk up from this workout. Thank you so much for the workout, I somehow just discovered 😂but I LOVE it!!!!

      Hi! What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men as well? I am a man and started this but it was brutal! I managed only 1 lb dumbbells but didn't even last halfway in the lesson as my arms just gave up.😟 i am really amazed at just how strong and muscular all the women are here!

    I love this workout..... all of exercises used..... just great! I hope you can do more of these. Also can you do a quad ( inner/outer/lower ab), exercises? This is a huge problem for many of us. Thank you!

    Good workout !! I can feel the burn on all the different exercises, I use 10pound dumbells. I do it everyday sometimes twice a day morning and night, I include it with my daily 45 min jog, and 10 min workout of abs 3x/wk. :)

    I will have start doing this workout! I do body pump for 60 min 3 to 4x a wk at the gym! I also do a few other workouts.

    I LOVE these intense, arms only workouts. I like to have 10-15 workouts, no warm up, that focus on one body part and this is an excellent one. + you can always do the work twice, if you want more intensity. Keep it up!

    if you havent worked out in a while is this a good one to start with? I've tried it with 4kg n I cant keep up. Should I take it at a slower pace unitl i get more strenght?? Please help x

    I hate how women are always worried about bulking up, as if its the worst thing ever. My arm muscles are big and strong and I love them.

    I love short, concentrated arm work-outs. I frequently add them on to the end of any general work out i do. This is a good one. More please

    Important to use dumbbells to help strengthen the muscles - really helps tone the arms quicker and more effectively.
