I've been doing this routine about twice a week for the past couple months and I've actually gotten a ton of compliments on my arms!! I'm a hairdresser and I've had several clients notice. They'll be watching me cut or blowdry them in the mirror and say "have you been working out?? Your arms look so toned!" I had no idea the results would be so noticeable!!!

I started this mini workout on Monday and made the mistake of using 10 lbs...good lawd! I couldn’t do much for an entire day...went and got me 5 and 8 lbs will work myself up to the 10. But Thank you ladies I love this short workout the long ones I just can’t do. Awesome and I feel the burn.

Hi! What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men as well? I am a man and started this but it was brutal! I managed only 1 lb dumbbells but didn't even last halfway in the lesson as my arms just gave up.😟 i am really amazed at just how strong and muscular all the women are here!

At my age, it's All About the Arms. I just started 5 days ago with this one n I LOVE IT!!🤩🔥LOVE THAT BURN
Good workout !! I can feel the burn on all the different exercises, I use 10pound dumbells. I do it everyday sometimes twice a day morning and night, I include it with my daily 45 min jog, and 10 min workout of abs 3x/wk. :)

Day four and I’m loving this! Arms were sore the first day but after that no problems at all. I actually bought 5 pound weights now and can do this with them. Thank you

I LOVE these intense, arms only workouts. I like to have 10-15 workouts, no warm up, that focus on one body part and this is an excellent one. + you can always do the work twice, if you want more intensity. Keep it up!

I love short, concentrated arm work-outs. I frequently add them on to the end of any general work out i do. This is a good one. More please
Important to use dumbbells to help strengthen the muscles - really helps tone the arms quicker and more effectively.
