- Toned arms never go out of style. If your shoulders have been hidden under a thick, cozy sweater for the last couple of months, it's time to start prepping them for tank top season. Take 10 minutes to work your biceps and triceps with Andrea Orbeck. She's trained many Victoria's Secret models and now she'll train you in the comfort of your living room. This ended up being exactly what I wanted. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Love this! I do it 2-3 times a week, and for the first time in my life I have visible biceps! TEN MINUTES, people. Sure, it's an old video, but that makes it even better. Somehow it makes me feel like I started working out seven years ago instead of three months ago.

This is the best 10 minute arm workout.
I have been doing this for the past 5 years everyday.
I started out using light weights like those in the video and I slowly increase the weight as I got stronger. The maximum weight I can lift while lasting the whole circuit is 10kg. (Roughly 20 pounds)
With the weights as shown in the video, you will definitely get toned and fit arms.
With the 10kg weights, I could see some growth and definition. But don’t worry, you wont get large rough looking arms. It is just that your arms would look super toned like Gal Gadot
Wow, that is incredible arm strength! Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with half kg (1 lb) dumbbells but didn't even last half way in the video as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

I’ ve being doing this work out twice a week Monday and Friday…at the beginning I was doing it 3 times at week with 5 pounds , after 3 weeks I started using 8 and 5 pounds and just twice a week and as the weeks went by I progress to 10 pounds so now I am using 8 pounds and 10 pounds…I have being doing it for 2 months and I have a little of bit of biceps and triceps…the first month I didn’t do the exercises right, I was learning since I had never exercise in my life…I have many goals, and one of my goal was to learn how to do push ups with proper form….after 2 months trying and getting strength on my arms , I am able to do 2 push ups…I also started exercises for my shoulders….I do planks and squats…I am happy with my results…I do the 10 minutes twice and I pause the video to take brackets…

Wow I can feel the burn. Instead of switching to 3 lbs I had to continue with the 5 lbs all the way through because I only had 5 lbs. good arm workout

Yes! The best arm workout for me, aged 70, here in the UK. From March 2020 onwards...this one is my fave. Andrea, you have such a cheerful, incentivising voice.

This is great!...I am a person who go HARD when I workout & I can definitely feel the "burn" with this!...I would say up the weight a bit, for me 5lb & 8lbs are more challenging...

Definitely recommend this arm workout, compared to all the arm workouts i have done, this by far is my favorite and the only one in which i see major results. Before i never lifted, i did this workout with 2.5 KG dumbbells and 2 KG dumbbells, i actually now have biceps, its amazing!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS WORKOUT !! :) PS - It may be challenging, but if you get through the first half, it gets much better and also it doesn't matter how heavy your dumbbells are. I love that there is a timer in corner and countdown numbers visible on the screen during arm circuit! Great arm workout with alternating between 5lbs and 3lbs.
Im surprised I could do as much as I could with only 5 pounds. I skipped the 3 pound moves and did those slowly with the 5 pound, but after it got to the floor part my arms were really giving out. Hoping to be strong enough soon to do it like they are without stopping at all

@@michelleisme1654 I believe you should do this every other day and give the muscles yourve worked a rest in between. Hope that helps! I am going to start this and do it every other day.
Mid 2024 and this is still one of the best arm workouts. No matter where I roam on UA-cam, I always come back to this one. Perfection.

I really enjoyed it even though it was hard. Someone could think you need heavier dumbbells to work but that's not necessary true. My arms are on fire, I can hardly write this haha

Great video! Simple arm workout I can do everyday after 30 mins on my stationary bike.
It takes 35 hours for your muscles to recover from a workout and the muscles actually grow when you're resting. You;ll get faster results if you exercise every other day.
It's only true if you perform until muscle failure
This is a good basic upper body workout. What I especially like about it is that you're using light weights, but should you ever get to the level where you feel you want to increase the weights it's doable. Love the burn! WOW

Just moved up to 6 lbs and 3 lbs. After a month I can tell a huge difference in arm strength and also in overall arm tone. Great short workout. No excuse not to take 10 minutes to do this a few times a week. Thanks so much for sharing this video!!

I was doing this workout before I got pregnant and ended up with really nice biceps and triceps after this routine;) and muscles stayed toned even 1 year after the baby was born without working on them, and now I'm back and doing this routine again to get my biceps growing again;) I really recommend this workout for everyone, great results...(don't forget on weights:):))

I was doing this for 3 - 4 times a week:-) now its less cos of lack of time but I still try at least twice a week. Hope it helps :-)

I noticed it too! I agree trainer has perfect form & sidekick that they zoom in on HER FORM IS ALL WRONG-when doing triceps on floor arms should be ⬆ straight up bending from elbow towards side of head, Not arm @45° and bending-not much WorkOut 4 triceps.
Makes me wonder if anyone ever reviewed this & others by ANDREA ORBAK?? BTW Good Catch
I tried this workout this morning for the first time and I loved it. Used both the 3 pound bag weights and the 5 pound weights. My triceps are so sore right now. I plan to do this twice a week. Can’t wait to see the results.

"we killed it" You guys killed my arms!! Ugh! I've been doing so many arm workouts and NONE of them do the job this does. At the end of the circuit I couldn't even lift those wimpy 3 pounders!! lol

I enjoy this workout but heads up for those like me who are struggling to keep up with the pace, don't forget you can slow the video down. I like going at .75 speed. newer people might want to go even slower.

I legit do this workout a couple times a week and LOVE it! The only part that confuses me is when she says 45 degrees, I think she meant 90?
I was wondering also why she says 45° instead of 90°. Love the workout though!
