    I needed this so bad. I didn't even know I was so depressed, only after this, I got aware and I have a lot more positivity than I had 45 minutes before. It's not just about losing weight, gaining weight, muscle and fat, it's also about your mind, your peace and your actual inner strength and power. Thankyou so much !

    Sometimes I dread the workout but I never regret it! Had a bad night sleep & really didn't want to workout this morning but I pushed myself & got it done....now I feel amazing!

    Fantastic workouts from the best trainer!!!! My body has been transformed after one year of 5 days a week, 1 hour each time +15 minutes sretching . Many of my friends love her as I introduced Heather to them. Thank you Heather ! You are a life changer!!

    10 days ago, I recvd CoVid shot #2. Felt so weak and sore all 10 days! Today is the first day to feel somewhat normal. This workout has helped me feel energetic again!

    Recently I have started following your videos and also workout.....I am beginner you can say...but within a month I have found drastic changes in myself.....as I have loose weight, some inches loss and lots energy and liking to do workout...thank you so much for such a useful and motivating videos....LOL😘😘

    This one is a personal fav -- gentle and intermediate but absolutely challenging. Thank you for your creative variety and choreography.

    These are a great addition!!
    I usually do an intense resistance HIIT session with dumbbells and my own body weight for about 10 minutes, total body, three times a day, 5-6 days a week. Off and on. This really throws your muscles into hypertrophy and anyone will see results in two to three weeks for sure.
    I love your motivational techniques also. These HIIT sessions are awesome!!! Thanks!! :)

    The first week of the August 2021 workout plan complete! I love how your workout plans focus on all areas of the body, not just the abs and butt. And so many varieties! I can already feel my muscles getting toned. Love your voiceless workouts, but would love to have a little instruction on posture and which muscles I'm working on in each exercise to prevent injuries

    Wow i completed this workout,but i couldnt complete some of the lower body workout because my thighs were burning badly due to yesterdays workout. But i killed it.

    Absolutely loved this one!!! Working out on a long family visit with so much eating and no equipment!
    I think this just saved my life, as the no repeats saw me all the way to end so well !

    I wanna say that I'm seeing quick results from your workouts. I don't see many changes in my weight (47kg but with low belly fat) but I definitely see an improvement on my posture and body aches which is why I started working out in first place! I'm feeling great!

    Wow, another killer workout, I would say .... it only saved me, as it was no repeat, which meant I only had to do it once ... so I pushed through ... But yeah, totally sweaty again and at times out of breath .... Thank you, it was just great!

    Loveeee the background music of your workout videos so much! Your workout is always slow and control remind me to maintain the proper form even during high intensity workout!     Love this type of workout, not too much jumping, but somehow it's a sweat party for me. Did only 10 sec rest, and kept continuing with exercise. Perfect length of total workout too

    The no repeats are lifesavers because I know that I just do it once and I am done. I push more and do my best and I keep on doing it for the next ones. They are like mini challenges.
