10 days ago, I recvd CoVid shot #2. Felt so weak and sore all 10 days! Today is the first day to feel somewhat normal. This workout has helped me feel energetic again!
Recently I have started following your videos and also workout.....I am beginner you can say...but within a month I have found drastic changes in myself.....as I have loose weight, some inches loss and lots energy and liking to do workout...thank you so much for such a useful and motivating videos....LOL😘😘
These are a great addition!! I usually do an intense resistance HIIT session with dumbbells and my own body weight for about 10 minutes, total body, three times a day, 5-6 days a week. Off and on. This really throws your muscles into hypertrophy and anyone will see results in two to three weeks for sure. I love your motivational techniques also. These HIIT sessions are awesome!!! Thanks!! :)
The first week of the August 2021 workout plan complete! I love how your workout plans focus on all areas of the body, not just the abs and butt. And so many varieties! I can already feel my muscles getting toned. Love your voiceless workouts, but would love to have a little instruction on posture and which muscles I'm working on in each exercise to prevent injuries

I wanna say that I'm seeing quick results from your workouts. I don't see many changes in my weight (47kg but with low belly fat) but I definitely see an improvement on my posture and body aches which is why I started working out in first place! I'm feeling great!
