Thanks Heather! This was a perfect Sunday workout. Didn't feel like jumping around but still wanted to get my heart rate up. This definitely fit the bill!

I saw that “Low Impact” and I thought, “Oooh, easy peasy lemon squeezie!” But POWERFUL was the operative word in that title y’all. WHAT WAS I THINKING! This IS our beloved Heather for goodness sake. I missed all of the April workouts cos I was KO from kidney stones and in and out of Hospital, and now I really need to get back into your workouts HR! I have missed you and feel like I have let myself down...*sad face* but I have been walking and getting fresh air and that is all I could manage until today. I love your workouts. I’m 64 with bilateral knee replacements. Unlike many of the over 50 workouts I have tried, yours actually challenge me and result in a great sweat sesh!!! I still like those less challenging videos but yours really help my weight loss and activity goals. Thank you.

Last November I started your 12 week program and have been doing a mix of your videos and other workouts since finishing that and today I was doing this workout and realized how far I've come. November Jasming couldn't have done this workout without pausing it and modifying most of the plank exercises. I have upped the weight that I use when working out and feel better about myself. Heather's workouts are one of the best ones out there. But as for her low-impact HIIT's, hers is THE BEST. As an athlete who has several knee injuries as well as ligaments problems, I am counting the days for this kind of workouts of hers. I have my own H. Robertson youtube workouts playlist for that

This was really nice. I wanted to get a good sweat, but did not feel like jumping around and desperately trying to suck in air. This was doable and pleasant but still got me sweaty and my heart rate up - gently. Perfect thing to do for when you don’t really feel like exercising and want to be gentle on your body.
I enjoy having the full month overview of Heather's workouts!! I always look forward to the new videos - makes me excited to workout; when before it was the complete opposite. I must say Heather never ceases to amaze me....even though it said Low Impact I was sweating and I really felt like I got a good workout in without over exhausting my body with all the jumping. Active cal 290. This is perfect for a sore day or even an active rest day!

Thanks for this Heather! I was not able to work out for the whole month of December and then when January 2022 came, I was Covid positive and right now currently recovering. This is the best suitable workout for me right now. Will use all of your low impact workouts till the end of January until I can get back to my old high energetic workouts.

This is without a doubt the most intense low impact no equipment workout I’ve ever done. I was literally dripping sweat & burned 25% more than I do with most workouts, including high impact routines with weights! Wowzer Heather 😅😂💪🏾 Adding this one to my fave workouts playlist! 🔥💗🔥
