i have a built in camera which doesn't show in the Model section so I cannot proceed by clicking next!!! your solution not working what else can be done??
guys I had a problem with my camera, and it was F6, and the button turned off my camera on my laptop, and thats why it wasnt working, but once I turned it on it works!
2 min 38 seconds worked for me thank you so much! but u had to ask them to also after doing that go to properties of camera and roll back driver. that solved mine completely

I think your problem is physical one so you should have to click on fn + F10 where your camera was present

There’s a little button on your laptop on the side. Check if the button is off or on

Idk which laptop you have but on my laptop i had a switch on the side which let me disable and enable the webcam and i had no idea 😭😭
