I spent 7 hours trying systems restores etc. after an Intel Graphics (46?) recent update that did not go well. After trying a lot of different things, I tried the easiest step in your video. I pressed Function + F6 and my laptop camera came back from oblivion! Thank you!

"Make sure your camera is turned on. If you have a newer model Lenovo laptop (2018 and newer), there may be a switch near the camera that either covers or opens the built-in Lenovo camera lens. If it is closed any app that uses the camera will show a blank image. Check this switch to make sure your camera is not disabled." I did this as recomended and it was a switch near my webcam I did not even notice and it fixed it!

I uninstalled the camera from device manager and carried out scan for hardware changes but the camera did not appear back. Checked in hidden items as well but no camera is showing. After that I did PC reset and still no camera. Then I watched this video and carried out all the methods as shown but still couldn't get my camera working. Should I take it as a hardware problem?
