Yesterday i updated my laptop and upon restarting it said your creditials couldn't be verified! I was like what not this fking Microsoft again , been searching for solution and found this video but there is problem it means you login as complete different user and you can no longer access your existing account, this broke my heart into pieces all those saved files are gone , if anyone can provide solution to get existing user please reply me thank you
