- The simple but deadly issue of just not knowing what to do. The truth is that nobody really knows what they're doing. It is normal and it is ok.
I am making this video while having absolutely no idea what I am doing. Stop putting so much pressure on yourself and let go of the desire to have everything all figured out. Ironically, what you should be doing will become much clearer to you.

I really appreciate your videos, I'm such a deep thinker it can work against me. How did you gain the ability to put things in such a clear perspective? I would love to hear your thoughts about that.
Writing and reading a lot has helped me a lot with structuring my ideas. Speaking and just filming these videos has honestly helped a ton as well. I couldn’t tell if I had that ability but those are the things that contributed to it the most. Along with some unique life experiences that have changed how I think about things.
