I made them with my kids. Made 12 cookies from the recipes. I hade to use confectioner’s Swerve sugar. My kids hated them but I’m a pig and will eat anything so a gobbled three down. After reading the comments and rewatching the beginning of the video, it seems I should have eaten just one, ‘cause with eating three, I went way over my carbs and fats for the first time since I began 3 months ago. I wish the macros would be talked about more ‘cause what’s the point of making a batch of cookies to eat one. No one else seems to care, interesting.

This recipe was in perfect timing! My Wife decided to start making holiday cookies last night so I made a batch of these for myself. OMG! They were so good! They taste like the cookies my Mom used to make. They are a great treat for keto dieters.
I tried making these using xylitol earlier today. It doesn't hold together after being cooked as well as sugar does and they crumbled almost instantly after I took them off the pan, but they still taste great even in that form. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

I just baked these and while I weigh each cookie for my macros etc I was getting an average of about 70 calories per cookie. I got 19 cookies in total from my batch. I know you posted a year ago but you never know, you might revisit this haha

You should let people know that legumes such as peanuts can cause an inflammation response in some people. A good alternative is sunflower seed butter.

Berg's blog site has the wrong order in the directions of adding ingrredients. So I needed to use the video and not the printed version. Hope my cookies turn out.

You post a lot of peanut butter recipes but don't talk much about how inflammatory nuts can be. Can you please do a video on differences between peanuts and other nuts and why nuts in general can be inflammatory. I've been subbing almond butter and eat other nuts like almonds and Brazilian nuts but still notice increased inflammation I over do it. I don't know why. Thanks!

I did another recipe which was just three ingredients. Peanut butter/Sugar substitute (I used erythritol) and an egg. They were rubbish compared to these ones. No idea why but these are just better despite the recipes not being that far off each other.
