Very kind of you to post this info. Ty
421 calories for 1 small bar? I will stick to my banana and cereal way more filling lol.
@@drdescoudres9335 you could try something similar using powdered peanut butter instead, like PB2. Has way less fat. Also can sweeten it with stevia, use almond milk to add liquid. Maybe add a scoop of protein powder. Has potential to be way less calories. Too much fat and sugar in the videos recipe.
what is a kcal please? is it calories or kilojoules? im Australian and im used to reading cals or kjs but never kcals.
@@CastledarkDweller27 kcal means calories :)

Super easy and delicious!😀😀
These were so good thanks for the recipe
I made a LOW FODMAP version of this substituting pure maple syrup for the honey and it came out delicious.
This is best version of no bake oatmeal bars when you crave oatmeal stick to this recipe you can’t resist
This would be good with chocolate melted on top 😋
Hershey's chocolate syrup :) Vegan :) Now I just need to replace the honey and it's full on vegan :D
@@peternacken4730 Veganism is a cancer of the mind
Oh yeah.
ooh u could coat the bars in chocolate after cutting them
I just Love these oatmeal Bars, I make it every weekend with my Teru elements whole oatmeal.
I'll be adding some crushed pecans, walnuts &peanuts. Then it will be excellent.
Not if you do not fucking bake it.
@@dctwright why ever not, you eat nuts raw, what a crazy comment.
I don't eat nuts raw. Whyever would you?
Aparrantly, it's not such a crazy comment.
Unless you put it all into one rambling sentence that is lazily uninformed in so many ways. :D
@@dctwright have you not ever eaten pecans or walnuts out of a bag or cracked pecans or walnuts, they are all raw
@@thersascott9836 Sure! But seriously. Take the time to toast/roast: nuts, seeds, coconut, etc. For baking. It'll change your game completely.
Looks great. How do they go when allowed back to room temperature? Do they maintain their integrity or do they melt?
I am going to try this, thanks!
Straight to mixing dried cran’s, vanilla, local honey and oats for one and dried pineapple, cran’s and banana in other. All because of seeing your channel. “The Waiting … is the Hardest Part!” :-)
Great oatmeal bars and interesting video style😊👍👍👍
