@@Rebekah-BodyIllumination Hi Rebekah, The sphinx with the butterfly legs poses were challenging. I made small movements and I was focused on my breathing and relaxing my legs. Then the supported sphinx pose with the internal rotations of my arms. I was focusing on keeping my shoulder blades relaxed backwards while doing the rotations. Have a great day 🙏
