Disagree, I will gladly offer my help if anyone is ever murdered in my area. Your fear of assistance is a result of your inability to understand evidence. While I'm not convinced Allen is guilty at the moment, there still is evidence that ties him to the crime scene and his statements are incriminating. Plus, we have yet to see the rest of the evidence and hear the rest of the arguments.

If his voice matches the "bridge guy", which police and prosecutors know, then it's over as far as I'm concerned.

I was impressed after watching the Mark Wahlberg movie 'Patriots Day', by the ability of our nation's security agencies to identify two bombers less than two days after the Boston Marathon bombing. But there were cameras all over. Try solving an arson case where you arrive at the scene, everything is ashes, no cameras, and the perpetrator(s) are long gone after careful planning. Don't fault cops for not being able to solve something like that you fool.

The one lady that saw him from her car gave inconsistent statements such as saying that she couldn’t tell if she was 3 or 20 feet away from him. Her first statement said he was muddy, the subsequent times he was muddy and bloody.

You have incorrect/outdated information. 1. His 2017 phone was the only one not found during the search of his house, and 2. The data they were able to obtain regarding the phone he claimed he had (using MEID from the original interview they had with RA back in 2017 and geofencing) showed that his phone was not recorded as being on the bridge that day (left in his car or at home, did not ping off the tower). He was not distracted by a stock ticker as he claimed. I encourage you not to use Twitter or UA-cam as your only source of information. Yes, the case was completely mishandled, and yes, some of Judge Gull’s actions have been questionable. But he placed himself there, confessed, stated several times “it doesn’t matter, it’s over” when his house was being searched, etc. Unfortunately, given the facts that has come out so far, it would seem that he did commit this awful crime. But we should all wait until all the evidence has come out.
