    There's no ballistics on a unspent round. There's extraction marks they can go by unfortunately they can’t prove it came from one specific gun. They can say it came from a brand and model gun. but there’s no way to say it came out of this exact gun. The carrol county sheriffs carried the same guns in 2017

      @@bambinaforever1402Out of 50,000 tips no one pointed to Richard Allen. There was only one tip that mentioned Richard Allen's name, when he said that he was there himself. I believe he was trying to be a good citizen and help the investigation and unfortunately that screwed him over. And let's keep in mind that in the police files he was CLEARED of any wrongdoing. There are several men from that area who have very disturbing criminal records and involving children, especially Keegan Kline. There is a mountain of evidence pointing at other people being involved. And that's why that crooked judge wouldn't allow that evidence in, there's no way you could dismiss it in court. Everyone in the court would immediately know that Allan is not the right person. The FBI and his former attorney believes that Odinism is involved and I 100% agree.

      Add that to the suspect having this brand of cartridges in his house, and it's decent circumstantial evidence. With RA admittedly being in that park, on that day, it becomes a bit stronger.
      But then again, have RA's attorneys gotten the sales records for all of those guns close by in serial number? Maybe they did, and they were sold at distant places. But if not, they may be incompetent.

      They had to fire a round out of RA’s gun to get any marks. They compared fired extraction / ejection marks to an unspent rounds extraction/ ejection marks. Also the neighbor to the crime scene had a gun chambered in 0.40 cal S&W and after analysis (they did not shoot this gun like RA’s) they could not exclude this gun as ejecting the cart found at the scene. Anyone who thinks this will hold weight is mistaken. How the judge could not let a defense expert testify is criminal imo.

    Allen said he shot them… Holman fed that info to him in an interview so Allen thought they were shot. He confessed he shot & then buried them. The bullet is unspent meaning “unfired” they compared this bullet to a FIRED bullet. You have to match to another unfired bullet from the same magazine loaded and then eject. The same MAGAZINE and the marks Change overtime as you load/use, so is it the same magazine he had 4 years earlier? That makes a difference, Meanwhile where is the knife? You know… the weapon actually used?

Also, another firearms expert called it junk science because guns are not longer hand tooled, they are machine made, so there is no longer any uniqueness to each gun. They are mass produced so all guns made at the same time by the same place will have identical marks. Please realize that the extractor marks are basically just surface scatches. The gun wasn't fired. Add to that the bullet was found in the ground under leaves. What marks are left from that? And finally, no real chain of custody. Yea, it’s far from clear this tool mark analysis JUST FROM EJECTION is reliable as practiced. There is controversy over this precisely because its validity has not been proved. A MD court that looked at this in depth said it was not valid evidencefif what that’s worth. Watch in the trial for two things. Were the tool marks of the crime scene recovered unfired (“unspent”) cartridge compared against many samples taken from Allen's gun, AND many other pistols of the same make and model, and samples from other pistol makes and models? And more importantly were the analysts “blinded” as to which casing was the crime scene one vs all the other sample. Only with rigorous repetitive BLINDED testing of this type could you have a hope of having any scientific validity…..and even this rigorous testing cannot provide a 209% definitive answer. Simply comparing the crime scene casing to a sample Known To have come from Allen's pistol will not suffice at all.

    Richard cycled the bullet through his gun, which left metal scrapes from the pistol itself onto the cartridge.
    You do not need to fire a bullet to get ballistic evidence off of a bullet.
    More than likely, Richard had a fully loaded pistol with One in the chamber and when the girls started to resist, he racked the slide back as a gesture to show them he means business, and since the pistol was already loaded, it ejected that unspent round onto the ground.

    It's as if someone with intimate knowledge of the particular type of guns owned by the suspect left this unspent bullet purposefully as a form of identification. Ritualistic murder is most definitely a valid motive in this case which would explain using a knife instead of a gun in such an environment where the discharge of a weapon wouldn't likely draw any real attention. That being said why has the prosecution ignored the ritualistic theme of the crimescene and presence of atleast one other man (if not two) in the vincinity and at a time relevant to this case? If a ritual did take place there could have been numerous people involved (including but not limited to those giving descriptions of "suspicious men"). Why these babies were allowed to venture into this environment unsupervised in the first place is the greatest mystery of all time imo...The specific conditions these babies were found express a form of symbolism further implicating ritualistic activity.

    • @sw9881
      @sw9881 Місяць тому +2

      Wasn’t it a popular hiking trail? If gunshots were heard on a hiking trail it would draw attention. Also it was in the middle of the day.. it’s not as though they were in some sketchy backwards “hills have eyes” area where this type of thing would even be considered a possibility.

    • @dory9742
      @dory9742 Місяць тому +2

      IMO, if the prosecution is against the theory of a ritualistic murder, they should bring in their own experts to disprove this.
      However, to stop the defense from bringing in their theory/defense is highly suspicious. Just one more reason to not trust the prosecution’s case!

    Number two the bullet is between the girls bodies they found it in there or whatever what do you think it was used for what do you think one of those bullet casings or whatever miles from his gun you think he threw it on the floor common sense he frightened the girls by pulling the gun back for firing you know when you pull it to get ready of fire that's when it came out and that's why he couldn't😊 call item that about the casing because the emotions that run through a bastard like that it the thing is now he's scared he's going to do something worse to the girl he's going to kill them so he's not thinking about that tiny little thing with that shell what's foresight and that's how he killed them one by one he first he scared the s*** out of them and he did them faster I'm pretty sure he had an eye on these girls before I'm pretty sure there's people around that neighborhood that disappeared the reason he has that gun in his pocket you can see on the video he has the right hand is pushing the brown part of the sweater passed his coat plus he has the weapon there and the girls are like he's get away from him don't let me be alone with him coming towards them down the hill there's no path and right there that's when you pass the video to the girl when she was the phone the girl the big mistake the girls didn't do was the hell with that gun run for your life was the way that guy was walking they had a chance to get away even if they were shot but he didn't want to shoot and create a distraction that someone will see him

Police suspected them in the beginning, and that is why they released 2 ( two) scetches - one of the father, and one of the son. They did that intentionally on a press conference, in front of the mother of Cody - Becky P. She started shaking. Theywa Ted to see her reaction. I think , that Cody did that with someone else,possibly Mike. There were , I think, 2 two killers.
