It’s actually very common for there to not be any visible injuries from SA. It’s more uncommon for there TO be injuries.
I’ve been through it, a rape kit and police investigation and case sent to the DA. The doctor who performed my rape kit didn’t find any visible injuries but did find bruising to the tissue inside my rear end. The only reason they found that was because I had a major muscle contraction when the doctor probed that spot.
It’s absolutely possible, and indeed probable, that the girls were SA’d prior to their deaths. Not necessarily regular penetration, either. SA can be a lot of things. 😢

The feeling is horrific. Not only can you feel yourself slipping away and tremendous pain, your body goes into survival mode initially and adrenaline kicks in so your heart rate increases and throws you into sheer panic like you’ve never felt before. I had a few months of tummy pain and then one day I thought I had the flu. Went to the bathroom and collapsed. When I pulled myself up to sit on the loo I expelled large amounts of jet black liquid. 20 seconds after that I threw up copious amounts of bright red fresh blood including huge clots.
I can still see the pure white sink filling up with it.
My bf at the time was there and called the ambulance. The guy that walked in first said “that looks like a fucking abattoir” so you can imagine the scene.

They weren't even able to get the marks to reach "sufficient agreement" by ejecting the round, even after several attempts. Now you may hear them say that the markings are the same if they are fired or simply ejected, but that is patently false since the testing methodology is not the same. It wasn't fired it was ejected and if "sufficient agreement" was reaching only after they fired it then you are basically self grading your own test. This was not a random opportunistic crime and I highly doubt it was committed by a stranger or even one person. The lack of defensive wounds would show that they were taken by surprise. Someone must have inflicted these fatal wounds when the girls were not expecting it which would indicate that it was people who they had some degree of trust with.

He wears exactly the clothes that he himself admitted to have worn on the bridge that very day. Of course the prosecuters won't ask the witnesses to identify the guy at the defense table as bridge guy. He looks nothing like that anymore today. If the timeline of the girls video is right, there is no other conclusion, no matter what the defense dreams up, because there is no time for another villain to appear. Girls film bridge guy, bridge guy forces them down into the creek... Bridge guy is Allen. It is really not complicated at all. Only thing confusing is that he wasn't recognized years earlier.

He told the Deputy what he was wearing in that interview, not imagining he had been actually filmed on his walk-up to the girls. For him to be innocent, you have to imagine two men on that Bridge on that exact day and timeframe, of similar age and physical build, walking by themselves, wearing the exact same outfit and owning/carrying a firearm consistent with the bullet found at the crime scene. This, to me, is the most obvious piece of damning evidence. I can't imagine, outside of a Hollywood styled My Cousin Vinny movie, how two doppelgängers could be on that bridge on that same day in identical outfits, one being the killer and the other being an innocent man watching fish.

Denial is a powerful thing. The fact that his wife stands by him even now, shows how devoted she must be as a wife. Maybe her mind didn't let her go there and then him saying he talked to police and was cleared put her mind at ease. But I agree - his close family should be familiar with that outfit that he probably wears all the time and his walk/look.

If you listened to the evidence given you would learn that companies such as Apple don’t inform investigators these technologies and data exist in their products. The only way they find out is they try to extract information and work their way backwards through the apps. Plus technology evolves quickly from year to year so what was available now would not of been 7 years ago

That’s an insane comment. There’s no bad questions. They need to get to the truth I think they’re asking decent questions. I wish they’d be asking more. Both the defense and prosecution have things they don’t want brought up. The lawyer talking is right, you never ask someone on the stand a question you don’t already know the answer to. So the jury should try to ask these questions then. You shouldn’t have your mind made up until all the evidence is presented. I hope you’re never a juror. If you get jury duty plz make up an excuse why you can’t serve.

Technology is truly amazing. It’s interesting because no one really wants to be tracked or surveilled, and for obvious reasons, but when tragedies like this happen, this is the kind of stuff that often helps break a case. The same for security cameras and traffic cameras. We are being watched all the time, and it sucks, but I must say I’m grateful for that in instances like this.
