It’s actually very common for there to not be any visible injuries from SA. It’s more uncommon for there TO be injuries. I’ve been through it, a rape kit and police investigation and case sent to the DA. The doctor who performed my rape kit didn’t find any visible injuries but did find bruising to the tissue inside my rear end. The only reason they found that was because I had a major muscle contraction when the doctor probed that spot. Now you may hear them say that the markings are the same if they are fired or simply ejected, but that is patently false since the testing methodology is not the same. It wasn't fired it was ejected and if "sufficient agreement" was reaching only after they fired it then you are basically self grading your own test. This was not a random opportunistic crime and I highly doubt it was committed by a stranger or even one person. The lack of defensive wounds would show that they were taken by surprise. If this woman, “as local as local gets”, sees this man so clearly, wouldn’t she recognize him as a local? It sounds like everyone who saw Bridge Guy that day, no one recognized him, in a town of like 2,000. That’s odd to me.
@maybememory1 I think this woman may have seen "bridge guy," but her recall changed frequently, which renders her testimony useless. Plus, her attitude doesn't win favorable votes. Prosecution lost one on her testimony.
Sometimes, when you see someone that you are not acquainted with or friend with and you think their behavior odd, you remember that. Then, when you hear something so traumatic happened, every man that could even resemble the person you saw flashes through your mind. Usually people that commit horrible crimes like these do not stand out in your mind. They are your everyday Joe and they enjoy that anonymity.
I think people did recognize his clothing & that’s why Allen went to the police and confessed to being on the bridge. He was really wrapped up and face/hair were covered.
I went to a high school with 4,000 kids across the 4 years. I didn't recognize everyone in my class of around 1k, which makes me understand if no one recognized him
Some people just blend in. Especially if he just keeps to himself, doesn’t make eye contact doesn’t draw attention to himself. I could see it. He worked at a CVS or Walgreens, they work with barebones staff so he didn’t have a ton of coworkers.

The guy on the girls video is bridge guy and I have zero doubt it is Allen. He looks exactly as he looked at the time on photographs and video. Same appearance, stature, movements. He wears exactly the clothes that he himself admitted to have worn on the bridge that very day. Of course the prosecuters won't ask the witnesses to identify the guy at the defense table as bridge guy. He looks nothing like that anymore today. If the timeline of the girls video is right, there is no other conclusion, no matter what the defense dreams up, because there is no time for another villain to appear. Girls film bridge guy, bridge guy forces them down into the creek... Bridge guy is Allen. It is really not complicated at all. Only thing confusing is that he wasn't recognized years earlier.
I think its Allen, but I am also confused why so many of the eye witness testimonies are so different to his description. Especially the one we keep hearing about him looking young with 'big poofy hair'. I think there is enough inconsistencies to deserve this lengthy and detailed trial.

The fbi being denied to continue assisting when they were the ones who were investigating the cult/odinism theories to begin with make me really question the motives behind the local police department.
Why did the male reporter give information about one of the jurors (he said it was a “male juror” & gave the man’s occupation and said “he worked with children”) - isn’t that confidential information?! If I was a juror, I would not want that information shared with the public.
I have a theory that crossing the creek in February started giving bridge guy hypothermia so he just had to eliminate the witnesses and get back to his car.
That guy in the bridge is 1000 percent Richard Allen. The face is so clear when you zoom the picture its really impossible to deny is him. Impossible to deny is him. So, Libby herself solved this case by her bravery of taking that photo of this monster of a being named Richard Allen.

And NOT allowing his defense attorneys to defend him…🤔 IN ADDITION how does one person kill two young girls Place sticks and redress in less than 19 mins - with all evidence indicating the girls were NOT killed where they were found….
Yes, I agree. I think many people are getting tripped up by his behavior and “ deteriorating health” after he was arrested. I’m not. He seems rather manipulative to me and only cares about the fact that he was caught. He went to account for his whereabouts that day, I think, to appear like he was cooperative, honest and an innocent witness, because he thought someone may have seen him there that day. It’s a very small town.
Did the three know each other? Not that it matters, but were those lil girls being provocative? Plz forgive me, I understand Richard should have walked the other way n left the lil girls alone !!!
Not only put himself there, but in the exact same outfit as the killer, prior to the release of Libby's video. He told the Deputy what he was wearing in that interview, not imagining he had been actually filmed on his walk-up to the girls. For him to be innocent, you have to imagine two men on that Bridge on that exact day and timeframe, of similar age and physical build, walking by themselves, wearing the exact same outfit and owning/carrying a firearm consistent with the bullet found at the crime scene. This, to me, is the most obvious piece of damning evidence. I can't imagine, outside of a Hollywood styled My Cousin Vinny movie, how two doppelgängers could be on that bridge on that same day in identical outfits, one being the killer and the other being an innocent man watching fish.
I don’t really get the confusion. When you took a picture on Snapchat back in the day it didn’t save to your camera roll or the app. Makes sense to me why it wouldn’t be on the phone.

Suspicious but definitely not a smoking gun... Seems every piece of weak circumstantial evidence in this case makes it obvious he's responsible in your guys minds. Confirmation bias at its finest. @@chrisblevins5143 Agreed. And your question is why I'm so critical of people who think he's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and would be quick to rule that way if they were on this jury. I want the right person locked up and for the state prove nobody besides Allen could've possibly committed the crime. Which is the legal standard. I get a lot of hate for that in these comment sections but I still believe in the standard of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, not just because I don't want any innocent people going to prison but because I want guilty people to be held accountable. And if Allen is innocent and he's found guilty anyway, that means the case is closed and a real monster would be free

Yeah it's kind of odd, but whether or not you think RA is guilty, doesn't mean the police didn't miss something. It does seem unlikely there was literally no dna, but if they were not SAd then no evidence there. If the perpetrator has v little body hair & is wearing layers of clothes maybe its possible?? Still strange though.
That’s an insane comment. There’s no bad questions. They need to get to the truth I think they’re asking decent questions. I wish they’d be asking more. Both the defense and prosecution have things they don’t want brought up. The lawyer talking is right, you never ask someone on the stand a question you don’t already know the answer to. So the jury should try to ask these questions then. You shouldn’t have your mind made up until all the evidence is presented. I hope you’re never a juror. If you get jury duty plz make up an excuse why you can’t serve.
The witness who saw the "muddy" and "bloody" person at the side of the road and who thought he looked like he'd fallen down a cliff said she wouldn't have stopped to check on him because she was female. You can't just drive past someone in what she said was his condition, shrug, and go on. 911 should have been called.
Exactly! I’d have called the police and reported someone covered in blood, at the very least he’s injured and it doesn’t hurt to check why he’s bloody, perhaps someone else is injured, even an animal, I couldn’t just drive on and forget about it! It wasn't fired it was ejected and if "sufficient agreement" was reaching only after they fired it then you are basically self grading your own test.

5-10mins that these poor girls laid there dying. That is so deeply upsetting.

Yes, I agree. I think many people are getting tripped up by his behavior and “ deteriorating health” after he was arrested. I’m not. He seems rather manipulative to me and only cares about the fact that he was caught.

I pray the family members have support during this time. I cannot imagine trying to make it through and reliving the horror, yet, again,; hearing and seeing everywhere. The jurors, the search party, LE, and everyone involved. This is a horrific act. God bless all involved.
There are too many inconsistentances in this case .
Open your eyes and ears libby got him he puts himself there dressed in the same clothes as bg exact time libby stops posting or answering her phome do the fucking math he kept every phone he ever owned except the one he had in feb 2017 and rrplaced the phone later in feb 2017 !
@@artfrommymind1096yes his guilt is definitely the only explanation for all those facts. Thats sarcasm btw, since I can tell ur pretty gullible.
@@artfrommymind1096 it had to je multiple people committing this awful crime! There’s no dna linking him to the girls and the confessions were coerced because they put him in solitary confinement!
Is anyone else surprised that the investigators were unaware of the health app? The data IS there and has been for quite some time.
Well, they found out in Kohlbergers case about the use of touch dna and sites like Ancestry & Me 123 using your donated dna to track criminals through familiar dna! That’s what all the Covid testing was about too except they collected on a global level….We underestimate the value of SNOWDEN when he told us our phones were tracking us decades ago
So he saves all 26 phones but the phone he used in 2017, is gone? COME ON 😂 it’s obvious at this point
But were those 26 covering the period of time in question? I'd have to go back over it and find the bit and replay. It really isn't obvious just on that one piece of the puzzle.
I did go back and it didn't state whether the 26 devices were all current at the time of the murders.
Suspicious but definitely not a smoking gun...
Seems every piece of weak circumstantial evidence in this case makes it obvious he's responsible in your guys minds.
Confirmation bias at its finest. You people decided he's guilty as soon as he was arrested, any information released after that just reaffirms that belief.
@@ArthurB26if I had to give a verdict on just the information that's been given thus far, I couldn't with good conscience find him guilty. And that brings up the question of, if Allen isn't guilty, who brutally murdered those girls?
@@chrisblevins5143 Agreed.
And your question is why I'm so critical of people who think he's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and would be quick to rule that way if they were on this jury.
I don't just want someone locked up because they're a somewhat decent suspect in the case and have a bunch of weak circumstantial evidence against that proves he COULD'VE committed the crime.
@ArthurB26 I've followed this case since day one, he's absolutely guilty. But I'm not sure he did it alone.
I haven't heard any compelling evidence against the accused as yet. Surely, they have something more substantial? 😕
Nope, he’s a fall guy
God Bless Abby and Libby. Rest In Peace Little Angels. Gods justice will be served. Love and Prayers for the familys of both girls.❤️🙏🕊🙏❤️
Such incompetence. How do investigators not know technology for crying out loud ?
Sherri , what would the world be without you.
What do you mean by that?
You DO realize technology far exceeded what it did when the crime occurred, right?
If you listened to the evidence given you would learn that companies such as Apple don’t inform investigators these technologies and data exist in their products. The only way they find out is they try to extract information and work their way backwards through the apps. Plus technology evolves quickly from year to year so what was available now would not of been 7 years ago
Good job 👏🏼 a lot of information.
During the autopsy they had trouble identifying some liquid found mixed with Abby's blood. It was tears. This just broke me. There is not pit in hell deep enough...
They just laid there dying slowly bleeding out ☹️ that's terrible.
No DNA??? This was up close - nothing? Seems strange no trace, unless I missed something
They might have been washed to clean everything?
Some years ago, Tobe Leazenby, the sheriff at that time, he was interviewed and asked, Do you have DNA? He said yes. Is it the killers? We don't know. Do you have fingerprints? Yes. Are they the killers? We don't know....Now, if they were Richard Allen's wouldn't they say so?
Could have been why they said the girl were soaked when they found them.
The trial isn't over yet.
By the type of questions this jury asks, I fear they are a lost bunch.
I hope Allen gets the punishment he deserves.
He is guilty.
How should he have overpowered two girls by himself? There’s no dna evidence just a coerced confession
Good report. Thank you!
The witness who saw the "muddy" and "bloody" person at the side of the road and who thought he looked like he'd fallen down a cliff said she wouldn't have stopped to check on him because she was female. But, if I were in her position, I'd have called 911 to send a police car out to check on his welfare.
Then when she heard girls were missing, I’d have immediately linked the 2 and been horrified! Some of the examinations aren’t very thorough by the sound of it, I’d have had a lot of questions for the coroner myself! Sounds like it’s just incompetence all round 🤦♀️💔 those poor girls 😭💔💔💔
@@bethysbarnshe didn't say anything about blood until her 3rd or 4th interview. Said she was 20 ft away in one, 3 ft. In another. Why worry about anything she says?
@@susanalexander6721 she as driving a car past him. At one point 20 ft away and 3 feet away as she passed him.
A lot of people wouldn’t call the police. They like to mind their own business and not get involved.
Y’all have the complexion of people who call the cops and pretend to be concerned
this is sad God bless the family of the little girls ❤❤
Their poor families
Poor kids poor parents grandparents and family my Deepest condolences
This case has been on my mind from day 1. Now that I have a child the same age as these girls it makes it harder for me to consider what these beautiful little girls went through.
I like this attorney, shes wonderful and she explained everything thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand.
@@dewilew2137 “Shes” possessive. 🫠🤦🏽♀️
Great reporting. Thank you for the info and hard work!
Are we positive this is killer? This whole thing looks real shady from the judge to the evidence.
He is not the killer, and the whole thing is shady! There are real criminals in Delphi, but Richard Allen is not one of them. The real criminals are the judge, prosecutor, medical examiner and members of 'law' enforcement who railroaded this man in order to protect the real monsters in that area! Sadly, no justice was served in this case. I hope he gets a better legal team for his appeal.
@tonyprice2256 I believe something shady is definitely going on.
RIP Abby and Libby 🙏🌹
First off prayer for all the families on both girl's. Rip Angel's
Autopsy doctor? You mean pathologist? Did a 9-year-old intern write the video title?
This is what happens when you stop hiring people based on merit.
😂
I was thinking along the same lines.
😂😂😂
Some people may not know what a pathologist is. Maybe they could’ve used medical examiner or coroner instead.
Steps is so crazy, as even my phone is not correct all the time
So Richard Allen had 26 devices that he kept but threw away the one from the time of the murder? 🤨
I mean, you would probably throw the 1 away that could have evidence of murder? Maybe nothing incriminating on the others which is why he kept them? Honestly I think RA is guilty but I am able to see all the issues, odd things about this case so I'm not 100%. It's just my opinion which may be wrong!
Do you still have the cell phone you were using in 2017? Some people upgrade their iphone every year.
@@Alien_Observer_ I do. I'm still using it
@@karenc1469 You are one of the exceptions. On average people change their mobiles every three years when they start to slow down and have issues. Do you know what Richard Allen didn't get rid of? The car he was driving that day. Bit of an oversight wouldn't you think? Also, of these 26 devices how many belonged to RA? There were at least 2 other people living in that house.
@@Alien_Observer_but he had every other one. Years before, after and til now
Sloan Bella did a reading on these girls way before this trial started and she was spot on about what they found in the autopsies. Sends shivers down my spine. She said the guy on the bridge was not the killer. It was 2 people and it was a set up.
Yes. I trust her WAY MORE than the police.
Yes, I've always wondered how this little old, guy subdued TWO healthy 13 year olds. HOW??
@@CM7777... He was in his 40s at the time, he was stocky, and he had a gun. AND he has done this before.
@@Amy-u3mhow do you know he’d done this before? Is there other charges against him ?
I've been following this story from the beginning. I hope for justice!
This is so sad. The reporters are amazingly professional.
I believe the reason that the phone started getting those messages after 4 AM, was because the bodies were moved and so a tower picked up the phone signal again.
The messages were definitely cued up and backed up, waiting for her phone to connect.
And with no time of death determined?! How is that even possible? The stomach contents weren't brought up that I heard anywhere which would have helped narrow it down. But when being in the area by your own admission is the strongest evidence there is the timeline is sort of important.
Outing the juror.. wow. Very poor ethics.

This case just seems so sad and senseless! These little girls should still be here.
