I just bought hp x2 , but whenever A-I try to update it shows ( updates are blocked by your administrator) B- when I made battery health test it was 96% then it dropped 2% after first charging cycle ! Is it normal for brand new hp x2 to be like that. Thanks
It's slightly more normal than you'd think. If the chromebook is new I'd suggest powerwashing it. Also be sure you're using the administrator account and not guest user account. @@NoOne-xh7ek Okay, in that case your unit may simply be buggy/defective. I would consider a return/exchange.
