Location/Destination specified in step 3 cannot overlap with any of the drives in step 1.

Yo so my sis shut down my PC while updating and in boot loader it says the efi is corrupt so should I download memtest.efi and click repair PC?

I'm not certain that that's what you need to do to fix that particular problem. There are a couple articles online that describes different methods for fixing that specific problem... I haven't made a video on it yet so I recommend that you read any of those articles, preferably one from a reputable website.
A quick goggling of "how to fix Efi corrupt error" should get you the articles you need.

After installing memtest86 to my pen drive and opening inside BIOS. There are two partition of my pen drive? What to do?

Boot from either of the partitions, you will see which one boots your computer into memtest.

@@ConfyScenty It worked I'm getting tons of red color errors over 2500. Does that mean my gskill ram is bad?

Yes. It looks like it. Is your RAM over-clocked? Have you been getting crashes with blue screens?

Do you happen to have dual RAM sticks? If yes, try running the test with only each of the sticks installed.
