Just had my second baby and looking for more exercises I can do that will strengthen my pelvic floor...this one is great! Love that it’s only 20 mins and I really feel the burn!
Thank you Bianca! Check out my this video too as it is a core workout that will help strengthen your pelvic floor too. It's ab exercises for tummy after baby: ua-cam.com/video/z4L8_GILrqw/v-deo.html
any chances to have more videos for strengthening the pelvic floor? had my last baby 2 years ago and I still have severe incontinence issues...would like to get back to normal before having another one and this one was good but too much jumping... any help would be great.
Hello! Yes, I would love to help you with some Pelvic floor strengthening exercises. Incontinence after pregnancy and birth and lasting into many years after is common but not something you want to live with or feel is something you should live with because you had a baby. Combined with seeing a Pelvic Health or Women's Health Physiotherapist you can strengthen the muscle. It may also need releasing too, as many women have tight pelvic floor muscles. Thank you for commenting on this video, so you can be notified of releases of my pelvic floor videos, please subscribe to my channel and hit the bell symbol, so you can be notified.
usually the only excersise you want to avoid is anything that focuses intensely on the core muses (i.e crunches, downward planks).. I haven't finished watching the whole video yet but I think rebounding seems safe enough. Side note: I'm almost 11 months postpartum with baby #2,also had diastasis recti, now looking into starting rebounding as exercise. Hope you find something that works for you😊
Piouf so intense! I love it thanks a lot
