I made this too last week! It came out SO very good! I absolutely am so glad I found your channel! Thank you for the EASY recipes! :) Way better than store wheat bread! I added a little more honey though! :) Still came out delicious!
I made this recipe the other day and it came out really good, however I did tweak it a bit! First I mixed the dough in a stand mixer to avoid extra kneading. Also I used the 2 1/2 cups of wheat flour as instructed but found it to be TOO wet, and gradually added 1 tablespoons of additional flour until it was to my liking (about 1/4 cup extra) . It was still WET, but not as goopy/sticky, also mixing in the mixer helped glue everything together. Lastly I added an additional 1 tablespoon of white sugar to make it slightly more sweet to bring out the honey more. All in all, it came out incredibly soft, but it didn't rise as much but that could be the fact my kitchen was cold when making it.
I made this yesterday. Somehow I think it would taste better with milk and butter instead of water and oil but the bread came out beautiful and was soft and yummy. Nice recipe.

I tried this last night and omg it turned out so soft 🥰🥰🥰 i made 2 loaves, the othe one is with raisins. So delicious. Thanks to this recipe i can now enjoy a healthy bread without the unnecessary junk ingredients! More power to you. #roadtoonemillion ❤️

The taste is WOW - super good However - my dought was super sticky. I added more flour (several times), but I stopped cause I was afraid that it will be too much. I kneaded the doaugh as best I could with a spatula, it did rise, but still it came out a little flat. BTW - I used King Arthur Whole Wheat (unbleached).
Tried this recipe, but somehow bread too was little hard and inside it was little undercooked. In taste it is like yeast taste. The only difference was that I put on 350F and I had to add more flour as it was way too sticky that I wasn’t able to knead it. Can you please suggest what I should do for next time?
@@charithamysore6790 yes I did add about 1/5 all purpose flour because i didn’t have enough whole wheat. The bread did break into few pieces but tasted great.

Had all the proofings going great, but then the bread didn't expand at all in the oven. May have actually went down, if anything. Any thoughts on what I did wrong?
Tried this recipe yesterday and followed every step given.. but my dough became quite sticky and very dense.. even after I baked it, the bread did not raise as high as yours.. could you please kindly share the whole wheat flour brand you use? Or is there any other trick I must use?
@@munirahmounique1248 If you find that your dough is too sticky to handle, let it rest. Anywhere from 5 minutes to 20. Do the pull and fold technique 4 to 8 times around, then leave it alone for 10 minutes. If it's still stubborn, do the pull and fold one more time then just leave it for 20 to 30 minutes. Whole wheat flour can be finicky to work, but time is your friend. :D
@@deepabisht1226 Not necessarily. I have been using a whole wheat flour that's a DREAM to use for making 100% in a recipe. It's the type of wheat you use that makes an easy-to-handle dough, not always the case though, you're right. In this instance, she states that you'll need a high-protein whole wheat flour if you want a good result. However, you can work with the flour you have if you try the suggestion I left in my reply above. I hope it helps.

Same here. And i added flour and kneading time. Still sticky
Thats because they use gluten added flour ..otherwise it is impossible to get texture like a all purpose flour bread!!!
I seen three holes on the bottom of that loaf pan when she was putting the rolled dough in that pan, wonder if that has something to do the rise??
