Grading 8-bit footage? Watch out for this!

Does this work with Canon Cinestyle? I inderstand that Cinestyle isn’t truly a "Log" , but its all I've got.

It could, but I don't know since I don't have a canon camera. You could try it out, upload a video and help other canon users though!

That's a great question! To start, the best thing you can do is get it right in camera. After that just try to keep your adjustments subtle because the footage will break down really quickly.
