As someone planning on opening a perfume boutique in Canada in 2025 (I've already purchased the property and building), Canada is a very tricky place for imports and online sales, thank you for this video! Luckily I have dual citizenship in Italy and a home there, so I'm very fortunate that I can go to Europe frequently, this will help navigate the market I think, just being able to be in Italy, France and the UK in person to visit brands and studios and building relationships with the artists (I'm stocking independent brands only, no big houses). I would like to focus on brands that are harder to import and find in Canada, and will be setting an in-shop perfume 'diagnosis' and 'experience' to offer visitors. Peeling back the confusion, intimidation and overwhelm of choosing a perfume and helping people learn what they love. Scent match-making. xx
I’ve purchased but a few scents from Sainte Cellier. Albeit, it has quickly become my favourite retailer to purchase from! Recently I bought the Les Indemodables sample set, Escale en Indonesie and Ambre Surpeme. Brooke is one of the very best in the industry and her passion is clearly evident when you open a order no matter the amount spent 😊
