Dan, out of all the interviews I've seen with Rory, yours are my favourites. You manage to have an actual two-way conversation with him, so we get to hear a lot more than his usual talking points. Some of it is that you force him to talk about things he doesn't normally talk about. I think he shared many insights and smaller ideas on your podcast than in other places, which gives us a better understanding of how his mind works. You also actually try to pin him down at points to clarify what he means instead of just nodding along. 👍👍

I don't think people move from London to Wales as an overreaction. I think people move from London to Wales rather than from London to a Suburbia like Westerham, because they know in Westerham, Kent (my family lived there for 25+ years - 41, The Grove) you'll pay £100,000's for a broom cupboard, whereas for the same money in Wales or the Highlands of Scotland, you'll have an 8-bedroom mansion!
Having someone like Rory on your chanel a man with experience and genuine skills that clearly people are easily engaged with is all good but some of the people interviewing him and people alike are not engaging at all and I have no idea how they got the interview in the first place. They are basically a medium that leaches on genuine success because of a lack of genuine work ethic.

You do need planning permission to live in a field in a mobile house on wheels (camper, caravan,RV etc) it’s true the mobile house on wheels does not need permission as it’s not a building but there would be a change of use of the land so that would trigger the need for planning permission.
