I'm just discovering this series now, so sorry but I want to see a compilation of her saying that this was her favorite. Bc yes some episodes are clearly soul crushing you can see it and I believe her. But there are so many episodes where she says this is the first time she's enjoyed doing the project. So I'd like someone to compile her saying it for each time, just to look back and be like I'm sure overall it was exhausting not knowing each time which way it was going to go, but it wasn't all bad! She definitely enjoyed some of it!

Then Sohla, Gaby, and other POC in the kitchen revealed they hadn't been paid for their video appearances and negotiations broke down. Claire wasn't a BA employee at that point anyway, she was freelancing, and she and some others (Molly is one) said they wouldn't make videos anymore until the inequity was addressed.

Everytime Christina tells Clair about a certain way to eat a snack I imagine her being the type of person who lays potato chips out on a napkin and arranges then in size and shape, eating the broken chips first and working her way up to the largest perfectly shaped chip to eat last.
Its a good thing claire did the kit kat episode before this cause she and brad could figure out the basic wafer complications and now rinse and repeat for this episode😊

But as above, Ohms law and its associated formulas are pretty much guaranteed for a basic electrical aptitude test.

Twinkies aren't actually "food" though (they are a food-like product. But not food, which is why they stay soft and cake-y for 6 months+, and no bacteria will eat them). So technically, they're not wasting food if throwing away Twinkies.

Lots of cream and butter I guess. In ganache they just melt dark chocolate and mix it with cream. Then they fill it in praline forms. It is delicious and soft because it is pure fat.

I once made a filling that tasted SO similar to the Lindor truffle filling! The difference between that and regular ganache is the texture. I made a milk chocolate ganache and then whipped it. It is honestly very very close! Just milk chocolate and cream, no butter needed.

Aren't the Toaster Strudels from Pillsbury considered to be gourmet Poptarts?
@@abadgurl2010 Though they have many similarities, I would say the biggest difference between the two is the dough being used. Poptarts have a nice, soft dough that becomes crunchy when toasted. While the toaster strudel dough is much lighter, and flakier. I would love to see her rendition of either one of these!

Ferrero's are by far my favorite chocolate treat. They are absolute perfection with the crunchiness of the nuts & wafer you get, as well as the soft squishy chocolate filling, & the beautiful hazelnut flavor. They are a very well designed chocolate
I love how Claire asked for Brad's opinion and if it's wrong. She simply disregards it.

Depends on what factors you're looking at. For speed, accuracy and consistency, the factory method is for sure the best. For the flavor, probably Claire's versions.
