  • Thank you for taking the time to watch my series. Shutdowns are pretty difficult to talk about but they NEED to be talked about. I will probably discuss them further at a different point in the series. Share your comments below and also subscribe to my channel if you haven't yet. Check out my social media links below:

yeah, i have experienced shutdowns myself too and they are really horrible to get through. it is true that when i go through one all i want to do is just sit and do nothing or sleep because i just don't feel the energy to do anything. and it is true bringing yourself out of it is the hardest part.

I usually keep going despite internally screaming and yelling at myself. I preoccupy my time with video games. I have told people that I am not feeling well because I just want to be left alone. Yet, it usually doesn't work.
"Suck it up and deal with it!" is my motto.

    u seem very articulate
    about your feelings and
    the way you express your
words..as for me i am so
    frustrated..struggling to
    express my#Depression
    into words.. and not to
    mention..i have hard times
    making connection with
    people & i begin to
    SHUTDOWN from not
    talking or socializing..

The next time you need to remember what strong is, look in a mirror because that's what strong looks like.
