Love this! I really hope that we are now moving away from praising people for being morbidly obese. We never ever ever should mock or laugh at anybody for their weight,. Period , but it is also not loving to applaud people for being not healthy in that way. I really hope that we can see that it really does come down to eating less calories and being in a calorie deficit overtime. It is so achievable and I think the biggest problem that so many of us have is just our unhealthy Relationship to food. I pray that as a country and as a world, we don’t go to medicine to help us lose weight. I think this whole Ozempic craze will have terrible outcomes down the pike. It is one day at a time making choices to eat things That are healthy for you and I really appreciate your channel!

Okay I’ll do that for next week. I’ve been doing weight resistance training so I’ve been eating a bit more protein. Maybe I’ll do a what I eat in a day high protein :)

Do you have two kitchens? I saw that you had a black granite and an induction top. I was just wondering because the kitchen you’re in is mostly white that’s cool if you have a prep kitchen or second kitchen my husband’s a chef and we would absolutely love that, but I was just wondering.
@@Kindlelover88 no lol the clip of me cooking is from before we remodeled. Sometimes it’s easier to use footage of a meal I’ve filmed prior vs than cooking and film it again. Trying to be as efficient as possible so I can share videos with y’all on a weekly basis.
The meal should be balanced, too much vegetable is also unhealthy as eating low vegetables
