jheeezzzzzzzzzz bro, how many hours did you workout a day and did you just mainly follow iron wolf's workouts? I got Ramadan going on (Muslim fast from dawn to sunset) so Imma hit a 12am workout soon. I want to lose like 8-10 kg and then gain the same weight back as muscle. Do you know whether I should cut calories or keep them as is except cut all the junk I eat? (my diet is 80% clean and the 20% not clean is the occasional brownies or cookies I might enjoy once a week or maybe something fried here and there)
@@MK-zf6or Cut all the junk food and only drink black coffee or plain water. Your workout does not need to be more than 2 hour as long it is hard and intense. I recommend do some cardio such as running when you are fasted. Watch what you eat when breaking your fast as this can contribute to fat gain if youre careless. Try to eat at least 1g of protein per your body weight to gain muscle. Salam from another brother, stay hard.
@@pantsumaster4891 walakum as salam brother, thanks for the reply. Currently only drinks I have is water, a banana fig shake (no added sugar), protein shake, and a milk coffee (with a tspn of honey), besides that the diet is pre clean. Grilled chicken sandwich for iftaar lol and same for suhoor

Hi Wolf! How are you? The truth that I admire what you do, the resistance you have achieved is inhumane to physical and mental levels. I would like to know how I can combine your workouts, with strength exercises in the gym, as I would like to do them without leaving aside the gym. Greetings from Argentina!
This one is a very good mix for building muscle, strength and conditinning. I adapted it to my capacities and my age of fifty (I did 3-6-9 and 8 burpees for 30 minutes) but kept the principle. EMOM is very effective and time saving actually. I will increase the charge in the near future.
