I now do one of your warmups before every workout and I am much more prepared for any workout I do, running, weights, calisthenics, etc. Also, you inspired me to add in a lot more burpees to my workouts which is huge and really adds some great variation. Did 100 no pump burpees in 9 min 30 second. Looking to work up to 5 pump burpees over a longer duration because of you. Thank you for posting these videos for motivation.
71 burpees with a push up and jump in 15 min. Have a lot of work to do to get chest strength up. The pushups made it way harder and had to rest longer to let the chest recover between reps.
5 years ago i had the best shape of my life, ripped, 6pack, 12% body fat, from my calisthenics training, and back then burpees is very much hated in my community. Now, trying to get back to my glory days, burpees IS my way. No equipment needed yet so effective and exhausting 😵 burn calories build muscle. Hope I can do that many burpees like you do in the video
By the end, these weren’t my very best pushups, but they were the best I could do! Excellent workout! Thanks so much. I’ll definitely do this one again.
Today, i’m happy to say that I did the 100 Burpee routine and finished it nonstop. I started off with the beginners routine the 10 minute one. That really increases your oxygen level. Last year I tried this 100 burpee routine and I think I got to 40.Thank you burpee community and Iron wolf and the Burger King! :-)👍🏽I’m so happy to say I’ll be turning 60 years old in October.
I can't keep track of my total with so many different movements. I have to time a "rep". I do 3 pump rounds for 30 minutes straight. 5 pumps is hard core man. Straight up goals! Thank you for the video 👏👍
my chest feels good today. did my first 20 burpees after what feels like 2 weeks of rehab work. tomorrow if there's no soreness I'll try 100 and slowly build my numbers back up. I was working nothing but legs and cardio I really missed the burpees. exited to get back into it.
I was looking for a new chest workout and I’ve been focusing on legs for a while now but I found this. Grabbed my 45lbs weighted vest and did 50 of these. I appreciate you sir.

Have incorporated this routine into my workout... have done 2 more times this week, increasing the lower-body intensity by adding 2 leg-tugs after the 5 pumps, followed by 2 half squats (instead of 1) and 4 knee raise (2 each leg). Managed to complete in 31’. A good overall endurance workout.
I done this routine today but I forgot to do the squat and two knee lifts. Anyway completed 100 5 pumps in 25.02 mins. Great workout very hard doing 5 pumps. Stay strong Wolf pack 💪💪

Wolf ! I have huge respect for your work ethic and dedication and the fact you motivate people to workout everyday is really admirable. However after seeing a lot of stories on your instagram account I noticed that most people don't preform the push up part correctly !! Don't get me wrong i'm not bashing anyone the exact opposite i'm truly happy seeing so many people participating in the burpee workouts, but Incorrect form will lead to many problems and in worst cases irreversible damage, and I've seen a lot of people complain about pain in the shoulders and lower back ( not soreness). It would help a lot of people if you post a video in depths of how to preform the push up.
Still feeling yesterday live workout but training is priority so fu... the fluff and hit 100 5 pumps, sguat and knee risses 💪ofcourse not Wolfs pace but suprised how easy. Keep on pushing WolfPack 💪🐺 september is comming!!!

This is the Swiss watch of natural body weight workouts, only the best of the best need apply
All day every day salute, Danny
Just completed this-47 yrs old....felt good.Thanks..
Did your Marine circuit yesterday 35-5 killer workout. Hitting this one tomorrow. Keep it up brother...Respect from 🇬🇧
5 years ago i had the best shape of my life, ripped, 6pack, 12% body fat, from my calisthenics training, and back then burpees is very much hated in my community.
Now, trying to get back to my glory days, burpees IS my way. No equipment needed yet so effective and exhausting 😵 burn calories build muscle. Hope I can do that many burpees like you do in the video
I did it today, I completed the routine, Thank you❤ Salute Iron Wolf❤
You truly are fatigue resistant. Good stuff.
Awesome work out, stay safe and thank you for keeping us safe
Much love and respect from 🇩🇪to 🇺🇲. You are an inspiration sir
quality of video: high definition
quality of training: dangarous definitely
my chest feels good today. did my first 20 burpees after what feels like 2 weeks of rehab work. tomorrow if there's no soreness I'll try 100 and slowly build my numbers back up. I was working nothing but legs and cardio I really missed the burpees. exited to get back into it.
THX! I followed along for about 20 minutes.
Keep up the great work!THANK YOU!!
I was looking for a new chest workout and I’ve been focusing on legs for a while now but I found this. Grabbed my 45lbs weighted vest and did 50 of these. I appreciate you sir.
Listo comencé mi rutina diaria hoy hice nueve minutos hay que ir progresando poco a poco. Saludos desde Chile . Felicitaciones muy buenos ejercicios

Shit man, that's not easy but it is so satisfying to complete this kind of workout. Thanks for getting me into this.
Salute brother
Am 54, tried this today, completed the routine fully in 28’... great workout and good variation.
I love these guy he's work out are all the ones I did when I did time
Calisthenics conditioning
Art this one is one of the best! I did this and it felt good! Thank you and much Respect!
I done this routine today but I forgot to do the squat and two knee lifts. Anyway completed 100 5 pumps in 25.02 mins. Great workout very hard doing 5 pumps. Stay strong Wolf pack 💪💪
Art...if you were to go back to Brooklyn and get in a killer routine with the locals doing calisthenics at Wingate park it would be the video this country needs right now. 🇺🇸 thanks for the asskicking workouts and making me more lethal.
Going off to basic soon, glad I found your channel a few months back.
Damn, he did Burpee‘s until the sun went down and the street lights came on. I need to step my game up.

Started my first day with one pump only today 20 April 2022 . Will update my progess this guy is beast literally
Day 2 - paused video half way even I am doing one pump only without squats , feeling great after workout
Thank you Wolf.
Still feeling yesterday live workout but training is priority so fu... the fluff and hit 100 5 pumps, sguat and knee risses 💪ofcourse not Wolfs pace but suprised how easy. Keep on pushing WolfPack 💪🐺 september is comming!!!
