  • 12 min drill, I got a solid (170 6 count burpees).
There is nothing fancy here, no smoke and mirrors. It is just you and the floor. Excellence will always be in the basics. The 12 min drill of 6 count burpees will build and engine like no other. This is just one interval. Shoot for 3. Stay focused my people and don’t get distracted by the bullshit. Pick a few exercises and get proficient with them.

Yo yo yo. Chill. Misreading what I’m saying! A lot of UA-cam workout vids sometimes have half-reppers, and it’s stated as popular opinion in the comment section. But as for Iron Wolf, never a half rep done. That’s why theres never anyone disputing it in his comment section, thus, my comment. And because he does everything to its fullest. The Sir Mr. Iron Wolf is obviously an inspiration to many, including myself.

@Andrew 10 - my parents house doesn’t have a basement. I do live in one of the rooms though lol. Moved back in after 7 years hopping like 3 apartments. So moved back in instead to save up for a house, opposed to just throwing it away. But I carry my weight around here, and in no way am I leeching. Plus I love being back with the whole family. Chill, homie, or friend, bro. Whatever you prefer. Re-read what I said. Y’all have a good rest of your morning! Love first!

Prison Burpees. I used to do those on the yard when I was doing a 10 year bid. Nothing that will have your wind better than those. True that. This is the way. Kept me sticking and moving in those cell fights and california state prison riots. Ive been doing combat sports since I got out and those burpees are the secret sauce. Also its funny because people say that the Burpees with the squat and jump are the real Burpees and these sir are the real ones.
