I’ve been following Iron Wolf since the early days. Recently I went swimming in a mountain lake for exercise. Water was so cold it numbed me. I couldn’t pull myself back into the pontoon boat. I began to get severely tired. The current was pulling me away. My training kicked in. I pushed away from the boat and swam to shore. If I wasn’t fatigue resistant, I know I would have drowned. Iron Wolf training is for real. Prepares you for those times where it truly counts. Keep pushing! Never quit!

The thing I really like the most about you Iron Wolf is that you show there’s no need of fancy gyms or equipment. Just you and your willingness to be the best version of yourself. As we say in spanish, Olé tus cojones!!!

I'm a wolf pup but having that escape helped clear my head. Classic wolf workout: 1 round 15 x each of the following 1p 2p 1p 3p 1p 4p 1p 5p 1p 6p 1p Navy seals to finish. Thanks to the pack and our pack leader, Art. Keep doing what you are doing.

I used to be quite unhappy with the long cardio exercises like running and just started to add burpees at the end of each workout. At the moment I just go to the street and do everyday a different workout inspired in your. Improving a lot my conditioning. Thank you and keep the good work !
beasttttttttttt. Today I had 20-ish mins only and wanted to combine your great stuff with some dumbells. Here is what I came up with for anyone interested: - 10 1-pump burpees - 10 bicep curls - 10 1-pump burpees - 20 squat jumps - 10 1-pump burpees - 10 shoulder press/arnold press - 10 1-pump burpees - 20 lunge jumps This is 1 round. You repeat exactly the same, just increasing every time by 1 the pump burpees, so 2nd round you do 2-pump burpees etc. As many rounds as you can go. I did 3 rounds total in 23 mins, so 3-pump burpees at the end, and it was pretty good. I suggest to do squat/lunge jumps for max burn
It's routines like this that remind me I'm not as fit as I like to think I am. Crashed out after the third round, I'm looking forward to being able to do the full workout both clean and strong. Thank you.

Thank you for this, I am in the worst shape of my life so it's certainly a struggle but no excuse to go after it even if that means doing less reps or modifying some exercises in order to finish the five rounds. Keep at it iron wolf..
My session yesterday, Inspired by Iron wolf Bw sw Quats (aka air squats) Push ups KB swing 24kg Done as a circuit with as little rest as possible 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, 9......to 20 reps then got back down to 1 😮💨🥴😴 A total of 400 reps
First time following along with the Wolf. Before I would just do the subscrip and time with the video length. Now that I went @Ironwolf pace, my body is entirely confused and my lungs are fire. I could only keep the tempo for round 1! After that I just gave it my all each exercise and just suffered through until done.

Tried and true hiit calisthenics. This is really how it was training in the Marines. Lighter workouts like jumping jacks are considered “active rests” lol. There’s no such thing as sitting down or standing around to rest, it’s non stop. I’m glad someone shares the style because I miss it.
Today was one of those days where I was tempted to go into my "excuse locker" and slime away from today's training. And then this video drops into my notifications.... 30 minutes of training complete.

As I progress with high reps routines for over a year, Im now learning to pace myself and keep consistent, clean reps, even when my heart rate is up and it's tough.
Got this old reliable done this evening. Great when time is short. Uts also very scaleable because you can just increase the rounds. Made it in just over 30 mins which was very quick for me.
