Was hit with a door handle in my lower back while at work in 2001. Been in pain ever since. I finally bought a Teeter in January of this year (2022). I use it 2-3x's a week for 15 minutes. The pain has been gone and now I can actually sit up from a laying position. Before I had to roll over and push myself up.
Had my teeter for 2 years now. I just hit 78 years. I do most of those stretches. But just picked up 2 more. Also I time my inversions I might do 8x 1 minutes with 30 second rests in-between. I also sometimes use exercise bands.when I'm inverted and isometric exercises. Just depends. What I feel like at that moment But one thing is for sure. I really do get lots of benefits from my TEETER Inversion table. Unfortunately I don't have that special ankle lock mechanism. At the time iJust couldn't afford it . I also bought a cheaper make and model and it was so bad. I sold it after a week.and bought the TEETER. Will probably use it until I go to the next planet. And also this lady Riley. Is such a plesent helpful woman.. She really woke me up.. how to get the most out of my TEETER Inversion table. Thank you. Dave 🙂
I love my teeter ♥️ I was going to have surgery and decided to try this as a last alternative. The very first time I got on it I felt instant relief it was a n OMG moment Thank you teeter ‼️🙏♥️💕💕♥️
I’m interested in buying this product for myself and my son who is disabled. I feel like it would help me with my lower back issues but he has dropped foot in both feet and he is able to walk with certain kinds of shoes on thank goodness he has a lot of lower back pain because he overextends the hip flexor to be able to walk with paralyzed feet. He is 6 foot four is your table going to be long enough for him?
