This machine works, for me. I am a 75 yr old retired mailman. Suffered pain from a arthritis filled spine with two compressed disk. The Doc. verified with X-rays. I refused surgery, so started treatments with chiropractor. I received some results from this , but man ! it was costing a lot of money, as well as time. I decided to invest in this Teeter and got great results. I now can do things. like, long walks in the park without pain. I'm on my Teeter no less than once a day. Thanks Roger for your table, and NO people, I am not getting paid for this comment!
My husband and I have been using the teeter for at least five years. We both use it sometimes 3 times during the day. I haven t needed the chiropractor in some time because of getting such relief from the many adjustments that you get each time. It always amazes me everytime I'm finished with a session. I just wanted to thank you, Rylie for your wonderful creation!
I've had a knock-off for many years. It's amazing how inversion tables help. When I moved to Tucson, I lost the connector parts, so it's been sitting in storage for 2 years. I took the opportunity to buy a Teeter table and it really does make a difference. My old table was nice, but this new one is just a step above.
I suffered for 18 years of their herniated disc I was all ready to go for surgery does virus shed I cancelled my surgery so I turned to this six to eight times a day within three weeks I was feeling better now 8 weeks I can walk again no more shooting pain I don't have to eat Edibles to fall asleep if you know what I mean I do a commercial for you no problem love this Teeter thank you
I just purchased a Tetter a few days ago and wow, it's amazing. I do a partial inversion for 4 minutes x 3 times a day. I am super lazy so lying there is pretty easy.
I want one so badly. I can tell this is a product born of the desire to genuinely help people and improve their quality of life. Thank you for making this. I’m curious if there have been any injuries (though it seems like they really would take the utmost care)
I bought an LX9 a few months ago and it is absolutely awesome! I have been talking about doing inversion for years and I finally bought one. I wish I had done it many many years ago! The first time I did it...and my son did it...we were amazed at how it felt. As they mention, I did it slowly to train my body. Twenty percent for a couple of weeks for 2 minutes...twice a day consistently. I then worked up to 2 and a half minutes. Then three minutes. Then 2 and a half at around 25 percent...for a couple of weeks. Then gradually increasing both. I am now at about 35 percent for 3 minutes...morning before work and evening after dinner. This is the best piece of health equipment I've ever bought. And I researched a lot...buy a Teeter...you won't regret it. I swear by it and tell everyone about it. I will do this for the rest of my life...especially if I could do half as much as Roger. Roger...you are an inspiration! Keep up the great job Rylie...keep your Dad's legacy going strong! 👍 😎
Thank you for sharing your experience, Jim! Great results can't be rushed so we are happy to hear you took Roger and Rylie's advice and took it slow at first. Happy inverting!
This has been life changing for me . I have budging disk in my neck and lower back. I use it 2 times a day for 8 to 10 minutes. Highly recommend trying this !!!
Great video! I own a Teeter EP-560 Sport and it's one of the best investments I've ever made for my health. Thankfully I've always had a strong back and I use the Teeter daily as a preventative measure as I've been working years in desk-based 9 to 5 office jobs Add to the fact that it's super relaxing. I actually like to read while using it. Thank you two for the great products.
I just assembled mine. I'm not an engineer I'm not wired that way so it took me from 2:00 in the afternoon to 3:00 in the morning the next day to finally get it completed. I stopped a number of times and stared at it with frustration. The more I got angry the more I was determined to finish it. now I'm just going to have to learn how to use it properly and get my eight pack back. My life back basically.
I just bought one. It got here in no time. Waiting for my son -- who is also an aircraft stress analyst engineer -- to put it together for me, as I can barely walk. We'll see what it can do for me ...
@@lindahathaway3519 Thanks. So far, I have tried two separate times to use it, but the pain is pretty bad ... I have FIVE bad discs from L1-S1, and everything hurts from the waist down when I get on it. Third attempt is coming up after using a NeuroMD for eight or so weeks, to work the inner muscles. Thanks for your good wishes.
I thought it was interesting that they mentioned foam when I have just bought there foam cover from Teeter lol. Its a great product even though I've only had it 2 days. I have always wanted to hang upside down for the benefits it can give you. I meditate at 90 degree for 15 min straight out of bed. I will be using this for life. I do not have back issues and this will guarantee I never will. Try doing crunches on this on you know your abs are working
While we do mention that inversion tables with foam beds don't allow you to fully elongate and decompress your spine, our Comfort Cushions are designed to slide within the tracks of the bed so that you still get that amazing decompressive stretch!

Then l gota DEXA scan ~ "severe osteoporosis, Mr. Duggan". "Oh, ok, no worries. Let me get back to me topsy turvey routine, l'll be right as rain. Just watch me." Thanks Robert, thanks Rylie. 🙏🇮🇪🥳🇮🇪🙏

I really want to get one! Problem is I don’t have extra space. No basement, I live in a cold area so don’t want to put it in the garage, and no spare rooms. If they could get it lay flush. Even removable or collapsible handle bars would help to reduce its foot print.
Hi Ryan, if you haven't done so already I would recommend watching our video How to Fold and Store a Teeter Inversion Table - ua-cam.com/video/ayo55ULFQYk/v-deo.html - it shows how compact the inversion tables can get. For a truly compact solution, I would also recommend the Teeter P2 Back Stretcher.

Hasn't felt this good since Laminectomies during Severe Septic shock 8 yrs ago. Hopefully can be pain free, at least for a sbort while as mid to severe lain 24/7/365 has gotten *very* disheartening!!!
I have degenerative osteoarthritis in my knees. And iam heavy. Will this work for me and not cause more pain to my knees? I have had spinal ablations in my lower back because of three compressed discs. Need some advise, please.
I owned a Teeter and then sold it because when I inverted I would get a splitting headache for 2-3 days. Then I would stop using my Teeter and my headache would go away. You have any suggestions for me because I would like to buy another one??
Hi David, it sounds like you were inverting too far, too fast. There are two important tips to help your body adjust to the feeling of inversion: First, start by inverting at shallow angles (just below horizontal). If you can do that for a few sessions without getting a headache, increase the angle of inversion for the next few sessions. Proceed only as your body feels comfortable. The other tip is to always rest in a horizontal position for 30-60 seconds (listen to your body) before returning upright. This stabilizes your body and lessens the change of dizziness or headaches when returning upright.
Hi Rick, we don't have a specific video for adjusting the acupressure nodes but if you'd like to reach out to our customer service team they would be happy to give you some tips. You can reach them Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm PST at 800-847-0143.
I have a pinched nerve in my back and it cause's my left leg to hurt really bad but my back don't hurt will the teeter help me this is causing me problems on my job I need help
Hi there, yes inverting on a Teeter Inversion Table has been indicated by the FDA to help relieve pain from pinched nerves in your spine. We would advise that you check with your doctor before trying inversion. We are also happy to answer any questions via email at info@teeter.com or phone at (800) 847-0143.
He says it’s temporary relief. Although, if you decompress long and often enough for your disc/nerve to rehabilitate, it will heal. I did it. Always check with dr first
Thank you for your question. Everyone is different and it may take you some time to experience the benefits of inversion or become acclimated to the feeling. Our bodies are not used to being upside down so if you go too far too quick you may experience some discomfort, dizziness, or a nauseated feeling. These are feelings that typically dissipate once your body is acclimated to inverting. Therefore, we recommend you only go as far as you are comfortable, which for most people is starting at about 20 degrees for two to three times a day for a minute or two at a time. This will allow your body to get used to this motion, and the more frequently you invert the quicker your body will adapt to inversion. If you have any other questions, please reach out to our Teeter Product Experts at 800-847-0143 (M-F, 8am-4pm PST).
Regardless of your age or history with back pain, the best way to maintain a healthy back throughout your life is by getting into the routine of decompressing your spine on a Teeter Inversion Table. Depending on the type and severity of the source of your back pain, this daily habit can also help create permanent changes over time. Just as you brush your teeth every day to maintain your dental health, you should attend to the health of your spine as well.
No! Unlike other inversion tables that permanently glue foam to their products, the Teeter Comfort Cushion is attached with nodes and slides with you! That means that it adds comfort but it doesn't keep you from decompressing and feeling the benefits.
Given that inversion aids in spinal alignment, it may also contribute to pelvic alignment. We recommend speaking to your doctor about your specific condition before starting an inversion program. If you have any additional questions our Teeter Product Experts are happy to help. You can reach us at 800-847-0143 (M-F, 8am-4pm PST).

Hi Deborah, a daily habit of daily inversion can help keep your spine healthy and in good posture. It can help prevent the height loss caused by compressed discs in your spine and may temporarily regain some height if your spine is currently compressed and in poor posture.
