Hey C. I recently discovered you. I´m also into the 701. At the moment i have a 2006 KTM 525 converted to a SM. Trying to learn how to wheelie. Your lean/ing technique is impressive man. I´m not as skilled as you, yet... I go low in corners when i go fast through them, but nothing I've thought much about. Might start to slow down and try out your moves. Keep up with the uploads, i´ll be watching you! Blessing from a Pakistani born in Chicago living in Sweden at the moment.
Thanks for checking out the videos! You'd be surprised how much the new bike helps, I was never able to get my knee down on my 525, having the lean sensing TC and ABS makes this bike so easy to ride! I'll be posting a how to for wheelies as soon as it's broken in! If you have sticky tires on the 525 the bike is capable 💪🏽 you just have to practice. More content to come! 🤟🏼🤟🏼
No, thank you for sharing. I think so too, how surprising the 2020 701 might be. I've tried the 2016 model and the 690. But not the 2020 701, yet... I really like that the 2020 701 has T.C. and cornering A.B.S. The only thing missing now is cruise control. XoD Love C.C!
Oh really, you weren't able to get your knee down on your 525... Hm, yeah that's the thing, I've never taken the time to try go low when i go slow. Most often if not every single time when i jump on the bike, i just go! It was late last year i started to pay more attention on trying to learn how to wheelie. Before the 525 i had heavy naked bikes as well, same as you mentioned as well in one of your other uploads. But never pay enough attention how to wheelie then with those bikes. I'm not much for going fast, but it's very easy to go fast if you want to. And it sure is addictive. So i bought this 525 late last year, and this year i hope I'll pay more attention to take corners low in slow moe, and learn how to wheelie.

You shouldn't be bogging the bike during brake in. It will consume oil
I know, I try my best to keep the revs up, it's really hard to hear the RPMs. I have a RPM gauge coming in the mail, that'll help
