The remastered version of this track beings absolutely NONE of the atmosphere of tension and situational significance that the original does. I think that goes for most of the orchestrated remastered tracks but this one felt especially lacking in that regard. Still a fan of this calmer take to it, but still doesn't compare.
i think that remaster music was not it. i mean i liked it neverthless but i have to say that i prefer original. ive been playing this game for all my life and this is prolly my 60th playthrough and each and every time i choose original soundrack. there is something about that music that is much more warm and better fitting with the whole story than the remaster version. i mean it can also be my childhood kickin so im more connected to the original soundrack but ive tried with the remastered version and it feels kinda plane? its just not fitting with the whole thing, as if orchestrated version went too hard with the story when a whole point of the soundrack is to ease the players while playing the game, especially before sum boss battles or if you are upgrading characters therefore u will play for long hours game just like this one.
