    Ok. I don’t feel so bad now. I’d watched this and tried it a couple of times. Great I thought another stretch I suck at, thanks doc! I did a video of myself trying it. I intended to compare to you. Anyway I was working hard to keep my shoulders on the floor. Of course I couldn’t get my foot anywhere near the floor. When I rewatched I see your shoulders come up slightly. New hope! Thanks
