T5 front suspension bushes & ball joint replacements.

So the new T5 came with a few issues, one of which being that the front suspension bushes were shot & as we found out, so were the ball joints.
Here's how we replaced them.

What are the part numbers and how did you find out the torque settings? Thanks

I got them from AutoDoc, but can't remember the part numbers (sorry). Torque figures were from a Haynes book.
