It is so awesome to see the way you guys run that business! I hope you never think it goes unnoticed. The way you guys have modeled it combined with taking care of people the way you do has allowed you guys the ability to enjoy it like you do. The video with Blayne.. Who doesn't love that kid, but that relationship you've extended to him changed his life, i assure you! Keep it up guys!! Any business owner new or old should consider you guys a mentor/role model in business in my opinion!
Can you do a video on starting with terminator x And a basic parts list for under 1000hp Pump Relays Turbo suggestions 5.3 ls Blow off valve Waist gate Sensors Injectors Etc Basic stuff to get on track
Hey Chad, if your video editing software supports AU/AAX plugins, iZotope Rx has a function to reduce natural reverb when shooting dialogue in a reverberant room. And that’s my tech tip 🙂
Great video Doug, I run two separate fuel tanks and pumps, which is a benefit on raceweek because I have a back up. My street pump is pretty old school (product engineering) I will be filling out the form and upgrading soon. A tech tip around running Methanol as a secondary fuel (two sets of injectors or one big one) for a Raceweek style vehicle would be interesting, well for me anyways! Thanks again for these very informative vids!
This was extremely helpful in my upgrade decision as I currently have a 4303 pump that just burnt up after 3 years street driving and drag racing, I was just going to fix this pump and run a second 4303 but I’m leaning toward the 5GPM aero now.
I got a suggestion for the next tech tip Tuesday. I want to run the new Holley 16 injector low ram intake, what injectors should I run for 1200 horsepower range and then the other set for Street application.
Hi, I'd like to know what kind of pump Lakota installed to lift the fuel up to the roof to your generator? My Featherlite is rigged from the factory with an Onan 5500 generator but installed right under my saddle rack. I want to move it onto a platform on the roof. But I cannot find what pump style will lift the gasoline up 8' to the roof. Any insight or help with the pump would be greatly appreciated.
I run 2 in tank pumps, have the secondary kick on when it starts to see some boost.. I never thought about back feeding the primary pump. Although primary its only on when cruising. Great Tips tho!!! its the small simple things you over look and don't take into consideration!
weldon is only ones showing big power pumps. boost and e85 2000-2400hp like to run 2 in tank 1000hp units as they are not as loud. as the 2400hp single external.
I’m about to upgrade my fuel system again (stock-aem340/aem.fpr/id1050/Id top feeds-dual hp240s/multi pump fpr/-6ptfe braided coated lines in parallel/finned cooler/dual filters 100+10/upgrade wiring/add temp sensor/same id1050s. I’m debating on a surge tank setup or simpler dual pump hangar. I never even considered a check valve for boost activated secondary pump, also the part about the dirtiest time for system is a revelation. For a stage 3/4(I guess?) 06 STi @~500hp
I have a magnafuel 750. Is it okay to run a second pump using a magnafuel 625 or should i use a 750 again? Reason being i have a 750 & 625 in my possession.
What if you are adding a second fuel pump to eliminate the GPH loss of the Dodge regulator system which can cost you about 20GPH. I see a lot of guys just adding a second pump and y into the one supply.
Why are fuel pumps rated for hp at a certain voltage? Most cars are 14.2 volts. I see pumps that say x amount of pressure or flow at 15v or 18v.. 525 hellcat pump say 800+ hp rating. However a 525lph pump isn't enough for my 700whp car. Honestly just don't understand the way pumps are described in listing.

Wow, Adam. Such encouraging words. THANK YOU
Nice video Doug. Blayne will remember that day in his life forever, such a cool thing for a kid his age to get to do. Love Motion!
This answered Literally all my question and did it without running around in circles extending the length of the video. Love it.
You guys are helping me build cars in my mind that I could never achieve. Love the videos

Should get a whiteboard and draw diagrams showing that your explaining and talking about, just makes things easier for many.
Not a terrible idea at all! Appreciate that Giorgio.
I like these teck tips. . Need more jackstand & george for background comedy
Great info! I learn something new every time I watch a tech video from Motion Raceworks!
Does the same concept apply if your running a mechanical fuel pump ?
Great episode mate. Support from south Australia 🇦🇺

Learning alot from tech tip Tuesday, just placed an order, thanks guys
Love tech tip Tuesdays, such a cool idea.

Do The Pumps Need To Match In Flow Rate Or Do They Both Need To Have The Same Pressures Burst Valve?

Can you do a video on building a universal steering column to the car? Like if it's not a car you offer a bolt in column for.
Another awesome tech tip
How can I pud 2 fuel pumps in my golf 3 2.0 non turbo GTI

Will the 750 run the engine and Nitrous ?
Great stuff dude!
Good info there Doug.
Great content thanks for sharing
whats your thoughts on the holley dominator in line fuel pumps? the ones with 2 pumps in one casing? ive never had a problem running those separately.
They’re junk pumps, we see more failures from those Holley pumps than any other on the market. They’re under engineered and over sold
What if you are adding a second fuel pump to eliminate the GPH loss of the Dodge regulator system which can cost you about 20GPH. I see a lot of guys just adding a second pump and y into the one supply.
Idk if this is common but i have seen people run a belt driven fuel pump and an electric pump in the back, mabey a tech tip around that hole deal 🤷♂️
Thanks

Multiple pumps are problems. Get a pump bigger then you need end of story.
@@bigboreracing356 your talking a separate fuel system. I am talking 1 pump feeding engine
Or if you have a dedicated system.for nitrous

Y’all watch the alternator pulleys they sell. They won’t fit and there extremely more expensive than other brands
SHEW Buddy!
